Use of the word "SoftWash" in the New Orleans Pressure Washing Class curriculum

What I was attempting to point out was that it was not in the searchable database and that it is not over unless he actually has it registered. If it is not in the database it is not registered and thus there should be a date where there is public comment for opposition and if enough people chime in it can be stopped, which I think it should be for the word SoftWash but if he wants SoftWash Systems then I am all for that. That would be like someone going and trying to register No Pressure Roof Cleaning or something like that. Someone may want to call the USPTO and see exactly how the process works and if the mark has been filed for.
 
We cleaned A TON of pavers today at a Clearwater Beach Resort. We did not use our Softwash System. We downstreamed, used high pressure through our surface cleaners and rinsed. It was a long day. We may use our Softwash System tomorrow. Time will tell.

Does anyone know how long it takes for their system to update with new information. Immediately, a day, a week, a month or more. A quick phone call to the gov could possibly help.

There is nothing applied for. Period!! The same story was pulled about 3-4 months ago over some stolen info that was suppossedly copyrighted on his site. Still not listed as being applied for or approved. Just a BIG BS LIE.
No drama allowed on his site, so he goes and spreads it elsewhere.

As i said earlier, those that know--know. All others will find out sooner or later!
 
Well, according to his post below, He says he already has the word mark....not applied for it or is getting it, or is in the process, but HE SAYS HE HAS IT. Also, if the profiles are correct, his says he was active 45 min ago....him not posting anything here while he is on should tell everyone something.....

I word marked myself today, NOW I am an expert at everything I touch!

I will have those letters for your trailer and a wrap for your truck plus get your boat washed and grass cut before noon tomorrow as well, then I will word mark those and soon I will rule the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I just wordmarked Russ Spence if spelled with a capital R and S with a space before the S.

Please remove all offending advertisements using my wordmark and direct all internet inquiries derived from that wordmark to my website.

I am now redirecting you to address me as Master of Jim, I wordmarked the word SIR while you were posting, my lawyers are doing it for me so that I dont have to use my old name that you word marked while I was wordmarking other things including but not limited to the entire english alphabet plus the entire context of the english dictionary

AHA! While you were SOOOOOO concerned wth the alphabet I got "300 degrees", "30k per day", "24 cents per foot" any number followed by the word "HITS" and the word "manufacture" when incorrectly used to refer to a "manufacturer"!!!

And you thought YOU were the master pf Jim! HA! Amateur! :p
