Here is a copy of the EDDM card I sent out. Taken with cell phone so a bit grainy. Sent on glossy. Any thoughts are welcome.

I remember, it is because of you I have these cards to send out. It is slow right now now, but my phone has been ringing more than in recent times.

on the card it says $2.50 for every extra 10 feet, is that 10 sq feet, or is it 10 linear ft? What if someone has a driveway only wide for one car then someone else has one for three or more cars wide?
If you are saying that the card did not work for you then it is time to change the card around and only send out like 50 or 100 to see if you get a response, you just have to test them and keep on testing them until you get a great response, sometimes you have to change a lot.
I have been told by marketers that you should show the card to strangers, not friends or family because they will tell you what you want to hear where a stranger will tell you if the card would get them interested to call or not. You want to know what the card will do because if it does not make anyone interested in calling at all then there is no reason to have thousands of them made and sent out.
I am dropping off my first batch of EDDM postcards at the post office tomorrow.

My first run will be just over 1000 addresses. Does anybody know if I need to count the cards before I drop them off, or does the post office have a machine that will count them for you?

I dont know if its the same everywhere but the cost has gone up here in new jersey from 14.5 cents to 16 cents per piece.
Curious to hear of your results. I'm putting together a eddm campaign currently for Spring. 2500 - 5000 pcs a week.
