PWNA caught in Gross Misrepresentation to Industry and Authorities

All I have to say is pwi is open, all here can come question an hash things out.

Why do these people not come here if allegations are being said.

Have you asked yourself why certain people are banned from other places or can't post?

Does it really have to be spelled out???

Is it funny others get people to do there dirty work ? Some are stupid enough to do it.

I love pwi , it's helped so many. The personal shots an attacks all have been worth it. My family an children is where we draw the line.

If we just went back to GA 7 out if 11 guys are gone that got certified on there way to the Pwna dream. Folks it's just a dream your sold to buy crap.

Just another lie from the liars club, another eclean Pwna person.

First off if there's a student from here today that calls me an post here they washed a home or actually went to a restaurant at this school I'll fly them to Doug's school to really learn how since this says it's the only school. This way they can see they have options.

I'm doubtful we can even find someone much less suggesting they are the only school.

Appreciates the confirmation, I know this stuff is difficult.

As we all reflect an these younger guys are watching this. The only thing many of us have wanted is a united industry.

Veterans like myself an many others don't want to finish careers with division.

If Pwna Leaders are watching it's time to repair the damage reach out an fix this.

We have all made mistakes, hiding behind them like thinking you will ignore this till it goes away just fosters ill will.

Let a leader emerge from this mess to step up without excuses.

In reading Allisons responses it gets confusing. It seems she had confirmation that what she published in the interview (not really the right word for it since Robert wrote the questions and answers) with Robert wasn't accurate (at best) or outright lies (at worst). Why would any journalist who claims to be unbiased do something like that. It doesnt' make sense.
Guy with Allison's responses showing she was not, as you classified here on another forum, collateral damage but rather a collaborator in fact what is your take on this now?

John and Jim are now trying to make it look like I had something to do with Orange County because I made a trip in 2012 and sat down with dozens of AHJs along the way.

I had no BMPs to present to them.

I've stated many times that I was on a fact finding mission to find out the general climate on the west coast regarding runoff.

I generally asked them three or four questions without much variation:

1) Where can I find your BMPs for washwater? Are they listed on the web?
2) Do you have many problems with pollution due to wastewater from cleaning activities and if so, what documented problems have occurred.
3) Are you happy with the results of the regulations you have in place?
4) What is your personal belief about the impact of general cleaning runoff?

Rarely did it go much deeper than that except in the case of the ONE who was a little on the fanatical side in my opinion, but he was the only one out of all of them. The rest of them seemed just like the ones here in Las Vegas, just doing their job trying to keep the waterways clean just like we are.

Regardless, I never made it to OC Watershed. OC was a destination for us. By the time we got there only one thing was on our mind, Disneyland. We spent three days at disneyland with Fayth and Tom's daughter. He flew her there (if I remember right) to spend those days with Fayth. From there we went down to San Diego for two days at Sea World.

There was no time on to do anything with Orange County during those days.

I had never contacted Orange County, ever until this past week, when authorized to by the UAMCC BOD to ask Mr Boon for some facts. I posted his answers on the boards.

A Freedom of information act request will show that I have never, ever contacted anyone at anytime in Orange County regarding Bmps or anything else.

Further, here are my GPS tracks for that trip along with a mark showing where the OC Watersheds address is. The closes I ever came to it was AT Disneyland.

So they can either stop lying and speculating about this or continue to lie and speculate. But you all know the truth now.

As I said before Tony, I would rather give her the benefit of the doubt. Now that she has been personally involved in facilitating a fraud (which I believe she had no knowledge) she will investigate for herself and find that she was used and lied to like so many others. She took the first step by taking down the interview with Robert, it's no longer on the web. She is not defending or deflecting the actions of Robert or the PWNA like a few are still doing. She says shes going to report her findings......I'll wait to see the balance her her report before I make a judgement.

I wish she would sit down and talk to people like Everett, Scott Stone and others about the agenda of the PWNA and it's owner.....that would be an issue of eclean I would actually read.

The veil of truth is being lifted.....lets not throw the baby out with the bath water.

I guess I'm confused as to why you believe she had no knowledge since she said on this thread she contacted the OC rep and asked if they were rewriting their BMPs to which she admits she was told - No.
Seems she had knowledge by her own admission and chose to go ahead a promote the lies. Maybe I'm missing something.
 
There comes a time when people have to look at facts and evidence throughout the passage of time and then choose which leaders to trust.

The members of the UAMCC have entrusted me and the team we have put together. They have trusted us to act, not solely for the benefit of members, but for the benefit of contractors as a whole.

I have not and will not betray their trust. I doubt many of the AhJs in the west even will remember talking to me.

My goal, as always, is to find facts and/or problem areas and research them for future contact if requested.

Ron has suggested a more proactive approach since Robert is going ahead of us pushing his BMPs. I don't know what I think of that idea. But if the members and a good portion of the industry wants to take that approach I will consider it after this.

I will continue promoting us all as cleaners instead of polluters.

I don't know if you're confused or missed something Tony.....My thoughts and opinions are my own. Now you're free to agree or disagree with them as you like. As I said, I'll wait and see....that's all.
