Okay kids, lets play nice. No personal attacks are allowed. He fessed up, he admitted it, it is not nice to kick someone while they are down.
Scott, you are a lot more forgiving than me.

A.C. as the "contractor" in Houston let me be the first to say "Apology Accepted." Everything worked out great here, customer called and is EXTREMELY pleased with his Decra Roof Cleaning. If I can assist you and DELUX in any way in in the testing, research, etc, whatever you need, please feel free to let me know.

Yes, I understand the concerns. but to slam and cut down any one person and blame them is wrong. Its normal human traits I guess, when things go bad. I just do not need to be concerned with it and focus on work. with all the negative posting, I would rather see those people save their time and spend the time and efforts to fix the problem.Tony thats funny buddy, you say you dont have time for crap yet you post this in a smart azz tone and call people names by saying their legitimate concerns are grade school crap? Ok whatever!
Just sayin?
Hey Scott,..I gathered from AC's statement that he was only sorry for the product not being correct and that it wasn't his fault. He has yet to say anything about trying to sell simple pool CH as roof cleaner. He still has a few people thinking the fix will be the cure for the chalking,..At best the fixed product will be the same compostion as Protech pool shock as shown by the MSDS of each product.
I think alot of the issue is,.the people who are willing to keep hanging on to the possibilty of this stuff have never used CH before,..and somehow think AC's CH must be less chalking than what pool shock is,..They think it may be able to be fixed,..it's not gonna be fixed by product,..if anything he will come out with a training course and show you how to clean a roof with it,..which it can be done,...
@Ron--I didn't follow your point at all,Ha,Ha...Those MSDS are exactly the same.
@AC---You simply don't like to be challanged on anything,..you shown that by the way you changed your avatar one time to look like mine,..simply a feeble attempt to divert attention from me exposing your revolutionary roof mix,..that showed alot of your character,..or lack there of.
Jeff
I am with you Scott time to put this thread to bed and move on.
My point is that exactly, if the MSDS was exact or it was different. AC I beleive is saying the formula was wrong. HOW? I dont know and you dont know. You have done a great Job proffesional making your point.
EYES are wide open, now all we can do is wait. If nothing happens two choices, Delux abandons the stuff and will not fool with it. Or AC is full of hot air and it doesnt exist.
I'm not AC, so will just have to wait and see.
I can tell you this if I was distributing the product i would test for sure.
Reality is that everyone is Aware the product is not good at this point.
I respect anyone that fails and like a bulldog is moving forward.
The question he lied to everyone? Time will tell, Marcus who said he lied has already taken that back. Said he didnt believe AC lied.
I Think Delux & AC did the right thing by refunding everyones money.
Yes people waisted there time, thats a lesson learned when using new products.
Maybe we all can learn from this and become better consumers.
Just trying to dispell the idea that the mix was wrong Scott,..because that seems to be the excuse for the bad mix,..when in reality,..I think the mix was probably correct and it is what it is,..and it won't be fixed.
