Nope. I just called again. They said November 21st now. This is getting ridiculous. I am thinking of cancelling. First of all, they never said it was on backorder when I bought it, then they said oct 31st. Now they say November 21st. I ordered it on the 23rd of friggin' september!

I ordered it online. You would think they would be available, if they are out there. I saw a review from Florida, so I know people are getting them.

It should say next to the item that it is on backorder, or at least mention it before you click the order button. I didn't find out for a week, when no confirmation was sent to my email and I got no engine.

Absolutely CL. That's the only reason I am not cancelling. Everyone is happy with the 420cc. The minute I get it, I will be ordering the components to make it a 8.5 gpm, 3000 psi cleaning machine.

Holy Moly where did that come from. If my engine isn't shipped by Thanksgiving, I'll cancel and get that. It says 1.8 gallon tank though. Not sure if that is a typo because there is no tank on it. $400 more too. Oh well. I might just buy a 10 gpm machine in the spring and forget building it myself. They sell pressure pro 10 gpm 3000 psi machines now, so Russ can probably get that one.

That Home Depot ad is full of discrepancies.
Ad says 1 1/8" shaft, yet "engine is offered with a 1 in. Horiztonal Keyway Output Shaft or a 1.125 in. Horizontal Keyway Output Shaft"
"1-1/8 in. diameter x 3 in. length tapered output shaft" ...is it 1 1/8" or tapered...can't be both.
"Easy reach recoil starter system" pic doesn't show this feature...?
"Fuel shutoff switch for easy transport and maintenance"...on what???
"Highly efficient splash lubrication system" It better have an oil pump, not "splash lubrication"
"Engine Displacement (cc) :389"...same displacement as a Honda GX390, 13 hp?
"Fuel tank capacity (gallons) : 1.8 gallons"...really?
"Oil capacity (oz.) : 32"...again, same as a GX390?

I don't order from them because they are in Florida and I have to pay sales tax, so any savings would be moot. I'd rather deal with Russ. That machine would cost me an extra $280 in sales tax as opposed to $140 shipping from Russ, so...
