As stated above, And .. the newer #ThermalReliefValve doesn't like over 60psi, especially with hardly any water in the bypass circuit.. Releasing the triggerGun, "Jolts" the inlet side of the pumpSystem harder with "nowhere to go" compared to having a big, Long Coiled Bypass Line to allow the...

Nunzio,
Fuel Pressure should Always be over 100psi for igniting Diesel Fuel.
110 to 130psi is best.. over 130 is stress on a 12vDC burner and the Fuel pump.
But.. you mention a new coil.. If the Coil isn't an Exact replacement..
you probably need to adjust the AirBands on your burner.
And for...

Heater Coil Descaling-
This is one of those things which fall into the question..
“What am I doing? Why am I doing it ? ..and is it essential ?
Rule #1- If there isn’t at least 200psi back-pressure pushing 6gpm through a ½” coil,
DON’T subject it to acid !
Besides the...
Hose Leash
with his GX690 at 3500psi.. approx 8gpm.. and triple nozzle spray bar, he should've been going a bit faster,
..and he will, once he gets his new HoseLeash I'm sending..
..no more tripping over hoses :{)
demonstrating the Sirocco 30" Vacuuming Surface Cleaner
We'll be demonstrating the Sirocco 30" vacuuming surface cleaner.. in a big way..
..All about WorkSpeed ! ! !
.. with one of the more serious systems made.. a dual pump 14gpm 4000 psi Diesel engine system with dual heaters,
...
component systems
we have an overhead hoist trolley,
and a forklift, for the open trailers,
.. but with a lift-gate in the way this install was still tricky..
I think we'll be building an A-frame with segmented legs to do these box truck installs
Modular systems are a "Lighter by the piece"...
hose reel mounting
hose reels can be mounted overhead, on walls, and about anywhere..
And since they are about YOUR personal convenience for WorkSpeed..
look at ALL the options before you choose.
..in fact, you should decide how they R 2 B mounted before you even order one.
..and neatness...
So.. your heater went out of adjustment, you went too long without adjusting your electrode assembly, you ran it too long with a partially plugged fuel filter, or whatever.. now that coil is "choked" with soot, and you want to get it back into service ASAP.. WE haven't cleaned a coil for a...
Ever wonder how a cone-shaped spray comes out of a round hole orifice ??
I just happened across this.. and thought of you over-thinker-tinkerers out there..

Bigget mower, bigger WorkSpeed, Bigger profits
this vac can run a bigger mower,
.. like a 60" deck with 2ea 30" rotors
..and 90-95% reclaim makes moving all that you loosen easier.
..but you'd have to buy a bigger pressure washer..
you will need 12gpm for each 30" rotor
Oh WAit.. we do that...
Pump Oil.. cheap vs. "the good stuff"
If you want to use "minimal cost" .. you get minimal lubricity with $3/qt. non-detergent motor oil.
..spend a little more, and get air-compressor 30wt oil.. $6/qt.
..another step up would be the average bottle marked "pump oil" .. $9 to 13/qt.
I suggest...

Buna-N o-rings suck for anything more than 2000psi cold..
everybody knows you want Viton for QC's to last at all,
and any upgrades in a pump system that use O-rings in a "moving" position.. are better off with Viton.
Now that 4000psi is more the industry standard for delivering water through...
Starter Relay
Electric motors draw quite a bit more current on start-up, than "running amps"..
generally.. 3 to 4 times running amps..
35 x 3 = 105 "starting" amps.. if you use a starter relay rated at 100 amps.. it will probably fail within a year..
Use a relay with "locked-rotor-amps rating...
