How would you reclaim in a basement parking garage that you can not get your rig into? I am thinking some oil socks and a sump pump at the drain to pump water to sanitary. Any other ideas?

What surface cleaner would you recomend for a 4.6 gpm hot water skid? Also what degree tip is best? I have an old beat up one I bought with some used equipment a while back. It's got the yellow plastic shroud and blue aluminum handles. Works but seems to spin slow. Anyone know what brand these are?
