Stencil Thickness

Hey can someone tell me the thickness of their stencil. I have a local guy making me one and his plasma table can only cut 3/16 max. I just want to make sure its thick enough. He brought me one that is 1/16 but its way too flimsy.

Not sure the thickness matters, mine are around 3/16

This thin one he cut me is a full logo stencil and its so flimsy that parts of it don't lay flat on the concrete and then the spray is able to get under it a little bit. It makes the image on the concrete real foggy. I think the 3/16 cut will cure all problems.

I have used mine for about three years or better. These are great stencils for sure

.080 is that almost an inch? Sunbrite has the stencils I have heard Pete mention them.
