Look, I have talked to a lot of people on this board in the last couple of weeks, and they have told me a lot of things about the Uamcc. And I will tell you what I told a lot of them.

If you have proof, POST IT, Bring it out, lets see it!!!! He said, She said ain't gonna cut it.

As sorry as the leadership at the Uamcc has been made out to be, you're telling me that they were smart enough not to leave any evidence of their wrong doing??????????? REALLY, again COME ON!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just curious if any of you current UAMCC doubters would care to offer up some solutions as to what could be done to unite you with this organization. If not as a paying member, at least as a supporter of sorts (not a basher).

What would it take for you to change your mind about the UAMCC??

How about a leadership team that will respond to questions truthfully and timely without having to run everything past a lawyer first?

How about a leadership team that respects accomplishments in the industry and aren't "alleged former pressure washers" (carlos) or "23% pressure washers this year (terry miller) etc, etc.

How about a leadership team that would rather loose everything they have worked for than tell an untruth.

How's that for starters? Want more?

Tony, I say you were a Tranformer, you're too big to be a Nija!!!!!!

And I may be wrong but I remember a newspaper article about Carlos's PW business, saw it on a board somewhere (not Uamcc's) and not trying to take up for Carlos, just something I remember seeing.

If they sold themselves as a club or group of washers that wanted to share knowledge, obtain discounts as a group, sponsor RT's, that would be great. I take issue with someone that takes the stance that they are representing the industry. I am part of that industry and I do not want or need their representation. It is unwanted. I care not about profit/non profit or any of the other hulablu. If the Pope or Ghandi was running it, I would still fight what I percieve to be a stumbling block for my business.

13- Ask Carlos is he a Power washer or a Landscaper and what exactly is his deal there since we all know that John Tornabene has been a cop for over 22 years and a powerwasher another 15 years??

Right now I am neither…I am the Executive Director of the UAMCC. Prior to me starting the UAMCC back in 2008, I was both in the washing and landscaping business.

13- Ask Tony is he a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle or a Transformer and what exactly is his deal there since we all know that John Tornabene has been a cop for over 22 years and a powerwasher another 15 years??

Right now I am neither…I am a PWI moderator. Prior to me Becoming a PWI moderator back in 2008, I was both a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and a
Transformer.

Is that what you call answering questions?

We are an air filter and coil cleaning service. This is what we did today:

And yesterday:

And the day before:

And the day before that:

Disclaimer: I was not a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, nor a Transformer. Those terms were used for effect...... I was however the original Kung Fu!

How about what check and balances are in place to prevent price fixing?

What is being done to insure an ORG that claims it represents the INDUSTRY isn't going to go radical in their marketing to degrade non-members in their marketing?Remember it's supposed to be about the industry.

Why not answer contractor questions in a timely manner? If someone is on the fence about joining forcing them to wait more that a couple of days is not only unreasonable,it's irresponsible.TT member are't sufficient spokesmen for this task;it should be handled by the ED or BOD when seated.

Stop bring up John T. his stuff has absolutely zero to do with the above questions.

William, I must agree on your point about Representing the Industry, that is a pretty bold statement for a start up (Or re-started) Org..

Effective at 9 pm all discussion about the UAMCC will stop. Nothing negative, positive or neutral wil be allowed. This includes veiled references.. This also includes Ron. I am tired of it. Those that want to believe in the UAMCC will continue tp believe. Those that do not want to and feel they have evidence that anyone involved, including Don Phelps, Michael Kreisle, and Carlos Gonzales are crooks looking for a dollar to steal or misappropriate are going to have their corner. As soon as I get home, I am going tp lock dow. All of the threads. If there is a continued problem, we will form a new band camp.
Time to grow. Up

Now what to do till :nhl_checking: starts?

William, I know that I won't change your mind, I'm not here to change anyone's mind. I personally joined the UAMCC as there is no org, association or anything else up in Canada for Pressure Washers. It always looks good to have an association (IMHO)

There are many associations out there that don't seem to be unionlike though aren't there? Do you agree that it's possible?

Personally William, I'd like to see a guy like you on the BOD or involved in some way. Varying opinions brought together often help to form the most groundbreaking ideas. It also helps to keep everyone in check..

Guy,
So John T's questions got answered, but those were a fraction of what have been asked. The majority that have gone unanswered didn't have anything to do with not for profit status.

Whoa Scott, you brought up John not me.

I would never be a part of an Org. that would degrade the business of non-members in OUR Industry!!!

Are you happy (have any doubts about) any of the newly elected BOD?

John Orr -
Don't know him at all.
Michael Tessaro -
Seems like a great guy (now he will have a target on his head because I said that)
Don Phelps-
An original "Ron-hater" - part of the initial screwup at the UAMCC
Michael Kreisle GONE
Trevor Steel-
Nice Kid - ..Too inexeperienced in the business world.... Jury is out on Trevor.
Rob Huffman GONE
Scott Millen -
Don't know him
Terry Miller -
Another "Ron-Hater" - Even Carlos has no respect for Terry. I would have told him so on the phone but he wouldn't have believed the way Carlos referred to him. He's probably a nice guy, but he's no a pressure washer for sure, and he believes Carlos is the epitomy of pressure washing success.
John Tornabene GONE

There you go. My apologies to John and Scott. I should have called and spoken with them a long time ago.

You already know what I think of Carlos and I don't think one guy (Michael T) will stand a chance against him - even if John and Scott are on his side.

Here are some suggestions:

Chris Tharpe
Guy Blackmon

For starters - (By the way guys, because I posted this you have no future in the UAMCC.. ) :winknudge::clapping::clapping::clapping::clapping::clapping::clapping:

Scott, what could you recommend that would help prevent the price fixing and radical advertising? Something that would make you feel comfortable?

There is now Lonnie and I believe Len as well.

I was thinking Celeste as the 3rd???

Seriously though, we won't all know everyone, but that could be a really good thing. Often when people run in the same circles, they have the same ideas. We need varying opinions IMHO.

Let us also not forget that only 11? people stepped up to run for the 9 available positions.

What about you? Would you be a good addition to the BOD? Would you be able to work with the others to come to a consensus on things? There must be a lot of compromising going on. There would have to be.

If you could pick a dream team, who would it be and why?
