Its easy to make a ton of money if your running a business that people want you to service their accounts. Build your buiness around quality and not being the lowest price.
Also don't bother chasing accounts that only have you in when the health or fire dept are going to close them down. I would never clean a lot of the dumps shown on this site. The time spent tring to clean them you could do three easy accounts and make a ton more.
I have been in business for 21 years, doing both kitchens and air duct. Sorry to say, I made my money on air jobs. Spend a week in a commercial air job and walk with $15K-20K NET in your pocket, takes a lot of grease jobs to do that.
You don't do the each week, thats where the kitchen hood jobs fill in, but the air jobs give you a lot of profit FAST. My 2cents.

Been doing it 24 years, I dont run on low pricing. anyone knows that if you price low just means your not making alot more money.
What if i told you i make more than you net cleaing sidewalks in 2 weeks than you claimed doing air vents? You would not believe me.
The only way to prove it it to maybe post a Tax bill from the IRS 790 G's Opppss that almost a million. Well if anyone doubts i make that much? We can exchange with a small wager. By the way thats not what i made, its what i paid to the irs, after estamated payments. We where alittle off. actually i like collecting my own interest.

Its good your doing very well with powerwashing. I had set up a truck just for that when I first started in business. Never pushed to see what money could be had but whatever I did was good $$$ per hour. BUT the only thing I did not like about powerwashing was in my area a lot of it was one shot customers which translates into a lot of selling vs alot of work being done.
I also don't reaaly know what you might be getting at by asking if contact numbers are still good? Call me and find out. Have nice talks with a fellow who is somewhat local to me, Ed at HOODPRO in MA, and have no issues talking with anyone. Just remember I am EST time.

200k easy to make
i average 2500 a day washing heavy equip sure theres slow times (like now) so diversification is the key to growth!like today i got another call to blast a surface well 30 ft x 4ft chew up the bottom to agitate the silt while pumping with a submersible trash pump 2.5 hours an easy 850.00 ive done 3 this week! tommorrow im doing a septic feild mantle clean 3 hours 1200 easy(smelly) cash!! cant put a price on water!everyone needs it!just thought ide throw in my 2 cents worth! and yes i do hoods and vents and pressure tests and and and so on and o on!the applications are endless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think 200k a year is very well possible. Hell, we did $17,500 in 4 days just this last November. In October we did $12950.00 in 3 days. Yes, they are large contracts, but add in a few of these per year and you can hit 200k easy. We can do 50k per year just working on weekends.
