pics of rig almost completed!!!

Chris this is one heck of a setup your building...what is the end goal with this rig?? Is it to make money by going out in the field to get dirty or is it going to be mass produced to be sold to others who want an all powerfull rig..You have me interested in your intentions. What would you guess the total time and money you have invested to build this beast?? I cant wait to see if you do a video with this beast in full operation.

hello guys thanks for all the kind words... to answer johns question i plan on using this setup for my own use.. my intention is to do truck washing with it.. i have soooooo many man hours in building it and so much $$$$$ invested as well.. as far as a figure i havent even added it up officially.. but i would say upwards of 40k invested in the box alone ... not including the truck... . i am trying to complete this rig but my final metal fabrication is not completed... i designed this setup to be very easy to work from the ground .. where everything is right at your fingertips... my remote system controls the one machine from a 1/4 mile away .. not that its needed but its nice to have... the vac system is my design and i had thoughts on building these units on a big scale , but 2 much is on my plate to finish this one.. so far the testing that has been done works unbelievable .. i am very pleased .... i am not good with the computer at all but a friend of mine is so we are going to put something together shortly... everyone who see it in person says i should build these on a mass produced scale but i would need a facility to do it in ... in the near future i am going to bring it to a round table event.... thanks again guys.. if i can be of any help to anyone on this board feel free to give me a shout

Finished or not, that is a lot of good work and a lot of good ideas. Bring it to the Tampa meeting at the end of the month.

i am trying to finish things up but there was a few setbacks in my fabricators schedule .. i just want to get this over with ..

I am undecided on whether or not to have graffics airbrushed or to get the vinyl wrap. Many tell me the vinyl wrap will start to pull away from the rivets etc. I would like to know how u guys feel about this.

Vinyl wrap will probably be easier to remove if need be.

So far everyone leans towards the vinyl wrap.I was going vinyl until a buddy of mine who had it done showed me what happened to his over some time and is afraid to even put high pressure to it cause it will pop a hole in it. Then I get people telling me that vinyl is too tacky. I am just undecided. I know the v inyl is less permenant. I think if the truck had less rivets and not the doors on the side I wouldn't feel this way. Thanks guys

So far things are going on schedule I'm hoping to be done by the end of this week. Wat a feeling!!!

hello guys here is some more pics of my rig.. i installed a custom heat shield on the water tanks to deflect the heat . the other pics are of our pressure washer with chemical injection ...

i got more pics comming . its the odds and ends that take time

this is really starting to sound like a broken record. I think this week everything mechanically will be complete .I need to make a new battery tray cayse the one on my hydrotek unit slides around too much. We did field testing and everýthing works awesome , the only thing that needed to be addressed was a small heat issue by my water tank . I am just into overkill and it was more of a precaution than a need . I really want this unit done already .
