very nice. are you using a di tank? it looks like a di tank in one of the picks

the green tank with the rubber bottom ..is a commercial water softner

how do you like the electric hose reels? i have been thinking about going to the electric ones myself but i am worried that they might not hold up to employee abuse. i have 2 of the hanney manual reels right now

im my whole career in this business i had nothing but electric reels.. the only manual reel i am going to be installing is for my water fill ..... i always keep a swivel at the end of my gun to aid in the reelin of the hose.. go for the electric ...on our truck we have a big alternator and when the truck is started the electric reel pulls that hose in pretty quick .. the other benefit is fatique ..pushing the button is much easier than hand cranking... i would go with nothing but stainless whether its inside or out... these reels had some modifications from hanny ...

in one of the rear pics of the truck is my custom made vac unit... you dont see many vac units that you access from the front.... it can pump and vacuum at the same time . it also has a foam chamber .... it took much time designing and fabrication on this unit .. i needed it 2 be a certain size .. and this baby packs alot of punch .. i put a turbo feature for greater distances ... i also have a prefilter box as well that is getting a frame made out of stainless.. more pics will follow once she is completed

That's how you do it, looking damn good. I love rigging time on new trucks, lots of head scratchn. Can you get us a pic of the whole rig?

yea tim no prob .. i have a mitsubishi fuso fh with a 6 cyl diesel and an allison auto transmission 19, 500 gvw

Do you run those chemicals through your pump or downstream or ????

It's really neat how you have strategically used every part of your truck. Wow that was a big word and I spelled it right the first time.;)

Hey Ashely , Thank You Very Much ... I Run The Chemicals Upstream And Use A Remote Control System To Switch From One Chemical To Another , The Remote Also Controls The Clutch Of The Machine .. The Reciever Is In The Picture Of The Rear Of The Truck Mounted Up On The Wall...... Every Component Of This Truck Had Customizing 2 It ... The Exhaust Of The 2 Engines Were Replumbed , Rewelded , And Sent Out For A Special Coating To Reduce The Heat That Radiates From Them

nice rig
