If we wanted you we would have asked and then discuss "Your" terms. Doesn't mean down the road we can't do something here.... But the question to you Ron is would you want us to??

I don't know where you got this post from Ron since your on the net more then anyone I know x 100 but if Jim's got something like that to discuss you should make it a point to be there. Also to use the machinery itself is wild. Plus there are other speakers and the hotel is off the charts and where not charging much for all this..I appreciate the invite John, I'll think about

I think just about all who see what's being offered very shortly are going to be pretty excited about this because we are bringing this thing full circle. It doesn't stop in out pockets.. It goes out to many and even some in need.
You would be like a kid in a candy store if you were here. Passionate people do passionate things. This is going to be exciting for sure.

I love how he can look down his nose at the $100 jobs... let me see (as a low end example) 5 x $100 per night is $500, $2500 per week, $130,000 per year - with one unsupervised employee. This is on the low end remember, more exposure, more frequency - not waiting for the phone to ring. Add the other unsupervised employees... I think I like this business model where my participation is minimal on the cleaning side and I can concentrate of growing the business, not necessary for me to ride around the job site on my tricycle.
I don't mean to take anything away from the '$50,000 in a weekend' claim, that is all well and good - but to continue with the insinuation that Ron's business model is bogus or revenues are bogus is ridiculous. This is the model that many contractors, with or without Ron's input, try to achieve or have implemented - it spells out the 'them and us' approach.

Jim is referring to garages Steve. That's why Jim is known as "The Garage Doctor". Everything he pretty much talks about is related to garage cleaning. The big weakness with Jim is he's not Internet savvy like some other are. He's so into garages that he wraps other conversations into garage cleaning and this is where he's forever getting himself into disagreements with a few others on the net.
If you can't see that the you should just call Jim and talk to him. Tony Shelton will tell ya Jim is nice to talk to.... The net kills good things at times.

John, I know what he was talking about - I'm sure it will be a great event. Just disagree with the insinuation... and I can read between the lines with Jim's comments. I'd rather not talk to him, he called a couple of years back out of the blue and had me on the phone for about 2 hours... again, like yours, I admire his passion. But he is just one of those guys that I don't have much time for.

I'm curious to know if Scott Stone was to do a Parking Garage Cleaning class on the same weekend Jim does his which event would you want to attend?

It's funny how three days ago Jim gave himself the name "Garage Doctor" and now he is "known" as the garage doctor.
If nothing else John you provide me with a nice laugh every day. Thank you for that.
I will differ with you on talking to Jim. He is difficult to get off the phone, half of what he tries to say is in some kind of "code" where he wants to tell you something, but doesn't have permission, or he promised someone he wouldn't reveal something or some other innuendo. The other half is him throwing hints about his business without ever presenting anything verifiable.
I am glad I no longer feel obligated to listen to it.

Lol.. Yea Jim can talk forever when it comes to filtration, engines, garages..lol god I am laughing thinking how detailed Jim gets about hydraulics.. He talks the way I did about other subjects in the past such as hockey for example. I have to say that Jim does stop to listen when I talk as I do to him...
On a similar level I have the same relationship with Ron. Some people say Ron just wants to talk and when him and I talk we listen to each other.. The problem is and I blame myself here alot is this darn Internet. I don't know how to type with feelings attached..
Can't even go there because I could start a thread on that and it would be "Bombs away"..

I should have the flyer out by tonight.. There has to be one restriction and there is a 2nd one possibly but where still working that out. The first one is a given. Because of the amount of machinery where going to have in her we have to restrict this event to stay small because we want all attendees to have the opportunity to be able to "Work" the machines for awhile each. This is the focal point of this event.
The other restriction where still discussing and it's no longer the method of taking all the emails since there are more people requesting to go then we can have at this event(one company wants to bring 7 employees to give you an idea of what where dealing with) and try to pick who can go because of our small size limitation.
To solve that problem where just going to have a "pay by date" and when our size limitation is hit then we will notify others that might still be interested that we are filled up. This will be tough to turn people away but we also don't want people paying for something that there not going to get. Just like one of our customers in contracting--We want them to "get what they paid for".

If you already have more people requesting to come than you have room for, why would you need a flyer to advertise it.

See this is a big mistake......Jim didn't name himself "The Garage Doctor" John did..... See John has his head stuck so far up Jim's Butt and he kept yelling to Jim to "Call A Doctor, Call A Doctor!!!" Jim couldn't understand what John was saying so he replied "Yea You're Right John, I Am The Garage Doctor" see that's because no matter what the situation Jim's always thinking about garages 24/7/365 even though there's a head stuck in his Butt.
I thought everybody knew this story........Glad I straightened that out, wouldn't want some crazy misinformation flying around.

Jim was given that name By Robert I think months ago. Robert refers to Jim as the garage doctor when he talks about him. I'm not creative enough to come up with nick names.
