Ok the "Garage Doctor" Jim Gamble closed the deal tonight. Been on numerous conference calls with Jim and others all the way up to an hour ago.
Where going to release a ton of info the next few days but here's the vitals.
1-We have a national speaker
2-We have people of interest coming in for a lively discussion
3- We have multiple companies coming in for us to use there equipment for the day. At least 3 of them are national companies
4-We have 1 national charity group that's going to take a portion of the proceeds to be donated at 100% . I have another conference call with another national Charity group in the next few days to do the same(I want agreements that 100% of the money goes straight to there causes). Both of these Charities will in turn recognize these donations thru documentation back. You'll love the guy who's attached to this 2nd charity which is named after him.
Now for the prices which will not change as long as you get in before the hotel block runs it's course.
1-Hotel Block which consist of a room,a conference room and the place to powerwash for the day with all the wild machinery will cost for all 3 nights combined -aprox $160 which includes tax
2- the price to attend this event which includes everything above is $329 and no matter if we fill this small & important event up or only 5 people show up the price will not change.
The dates are finalized as March 26-28 for 3 days of hard core parking garage business. More info will be released in the next couple of days but look up your flights now to get an idea what's going on there.
Also if your interested send all request to ParkingGarageCleaningEvent@Gmail.com and attach me as well if you like clncounty@aol.com
The room block is small as the event will be because the goal is for all who attend to not only hear and learn some amazing things...we want you all to work the machinery.
Thanks,
John T.
Hey Vince--like that name "Garage Doctor" for Jim..lol he can talk about garages more then a doctor can talk about his medical field(smile).. Jim was called this by another person that stuck for awhile now.You can get hotel rooms in at the major casinos for $20 a night John. Is it a 5 star you guys are staying at? I see Jim even has his own nick name now "Garage Doctor" lmao
Great... Jim has written articles, talks forever about nothing but parking garages and is going to train some people how to do it right where you can make decent money without having to pay the "middle man"... By golly Tony that name is EXCELLENT!!The Garage Whisperer. lol
How did you know I was in queens pricing out another court Bldg parking Garage early today with not enough sleep...lolIf Jim would have stuck to parking garages he would have been one of the top respected guys in the industry by now.
I've said it a million times, Jim's work is excellent, and his equipment is good, but it doesn't mean much when he doesn't have the patience to wait for someone else to say that and has to shove it down our throats thirty times a day comparing what he uses to everybody else.
John, Let's call you Night Rambler. lol.
Go get some sleep, you didn't get any last night!
The Committee is Jim Gamble, Nigel Griffith,Tom Brakler,Jim Cooney and myself.Of whom does the committee consist?

It looks like were going to have to go thru the emails. I don't see Rons or Tony's in here.
He is the garage Doctor because other guys call him that who don't judge him in a negative light. The critical thing with Jim is there's only one guy that we know of who nets more per garage then him which drives Jim nuts..lolI'll bite, he is the garage doctor because of an overstated sense of self esteem? He is not the biggest garage cleaner on these forums, and he certainly does not do the most garages. He also does not net the most off of a properly cleaned garage, or have the largest business. When you do 15 garages a year, that is not a monster pressure washing operation, in my opinion.
We didn't look for hi volume as a prerequisite.--Thanks Ronnie.I hardly think Jim is a huge garage cleaner, good luck with the event.
Text me anytime for question 480-522-5227
Where OK with "The Garage Doctor".. I liked "The Garage Professor" or " The Garage Guru" but Jim's been called "The Garage Doctor" for longer then I knew. Well I can't always get my way (smile)If I remember right the nurse is the one who cleans up. I think Garage Nurse is a more accurate term if you want to highlight his cleaning ability.
