Jim its done already, Jan chris will get a hotel an send me the contract. Its easy I ca do this in my sleep now.
 
It's on, this is going to be awesome! Don't worry I'll find a great place and maybe arrange some sight seeing stuff too that's close by.

January is whale season, and no, I'm not talking about at the bars. :D

For some of us who have kids in school, we would request that it is done at the vacation time. Other wise it will be hard for the wife to let me go without her while she takes care of the kids at home.

I know others with kids in school will have the same problem. Wives are not going to allow their husbands to leave for Hawaii while they are stuck watching the kids at home with their husbands are off to Hawaii to have fun in the sun with all of those beautiful distractions.

It will be a mistake to have it when kids are in school. If the kids just miss 1 or 2 days, thats one thing. But to mis a whole week or more.... And just to go for a couple of days is not practical.

So may we request for the families that are going with kids, that we make it during the vacation times Late DEC. through JAN. 3rd or summer time when the kids are off. End of May/ beginning of June through September.

For the families and the kids.
 
Jim, that's a good point. Are there other Roundtables going on the end December? Would that conflict with people's other holiday plans?
 
Hey, poll it.... I cannot do any other month next year. We have taken more events on for 2010... NCE is traveling show to tradeshows sometimes twice a month.

Our National Expo will be in FEB,,,OPPPPSSSSS i let that out. LOL and again in early oct..2010

NCE WEST & NCE EAST , central will be in Texas an chicago during the summer.
 
Those weeks are peak times in Hawaii. That means that the hotels will be less likely to cut a deal, and less likely to want a bunch of knuckle draggers trolling their lobby's.

By the way, I vote Kona.

If we do Kona, it's not going to be nearly as cool. I won't be able to organize the event nearly as well.
 
That may be true for any other guy..... However, I was told that YOUR THE MAN..... A MAN WHO CAN ACHIEVE THE DIFFICULT STUFF WITH A WAVE OF THE HAND AND A MAN WHO CAN DO THE IMPOSSIBLE WITH JUST A SMILE.

Kona iss true, I just have been wanting to go there.
 
I am making head way with the wife if we go during NON vacation times. I have to buy her a ticket to Japan and Indonesia with her family. It will cost me to fly her family $$,$$$, but I think I can pull it off. No promises... just talk for right now.
