Round Table in Hawaii ?

Us old Married guys have nothing better to do on a friday night.

Speak for yourself. I've got the door locked and late night Cinemax is coming on in a few minutes. I hope Emmanuel is on again!!!

WOOOOO HOOOOO, Party time!

Uh, oh, that's Shelly knocking at the door.

So much for my "alone" time. :(

You guys are going to the wrong island!

I know Jim likes the Big Island but Maui is way better for the whole package - Sightseeing, family stuff, accessibility, etc.

Let's do this!

Your right, I do like the Big Island, I like Kauai as well. Been to Maui, which is more of a party Island if I remember right, not as relaxing ( or as Slow ) as the other Islands. A little more busy.

Do they have the resort like http://www.hiltonwaikoloavillage.com ?

This resort is going for $116 a night with a huge buffet. I think that would be hard to beat in Hawaii, The regular pricing for the buffet is $28 a day. Food is expensive in Hawaii since a good portion of the food is imported. If you live there, you can cook, however the restaurants up their pricing for the tourist. This is why I choose this site, It is cheaper for what you get. It is a huge resort. You never have to leave the place. 4 days there is not enough time to look, relax and play at the resort. If you go in January, The Island has snow and you can go skiing. That's right folks, Snow skiing in the morning and then, water skiing in the afternoon.

However, if you like to party, a much faster pace, than Maui, in my opinion, is the better choice. But I think it is going to be hard to find a 5 Diamond resort with buffet for $116 a night with all the amenities that this resort has for free at the $116 a day. At this resort, there is no need to rent a car unless you want to sight see.

But i can hang at Maui for a few days, then after the convention go to this resort later.

Lets find a 5 diamond resort such as a Marriott, or a Hilton on Maui for $110 or less with buffet. One right on the beach with NO BUGS.

I remember staying at a resort on the Islands and had cockroaches and beetles in the room crawling over our sheets. The roaches was 3 inches big or bigger and they fly. It was a 2 story resort. Price was cheap. So was the room with all the univited guests.

I guess we need to decide, when would be a good time for HI?

Oct, Nov, dec , jan, feb,march....With month would be better.

Maybe this could be a masters event. Exclusive contractors, Rich powerfull contractors........hahahahah

Anyways, I would do it. Nicks right this will exclude the guys who moan about 49 dollar rooms.

I think you are right. It would be a Masters Event of contractors. LOL

I dont think my wife would want to come back home, that is our favorite place in the world.

I envy those that get to live there year around!! I would like to get over to the smaller Islands maybe even over to Kumoniwannalaya...LOL
