I say Lets go in Sept. I would be down for a couple of weeks. I went to school there. Thinking on some real estate there soon one day.

Lets go and have some fun. It could be a family thing.

The resort is a family resort. With over 67 acres with over 1,000 rooms.

Depending on how someone files their tax returns, this could be a substantial right off.

Me personally, I would take my money and go on vacation to Hawaii first before give it to the Gov.

If anyone is going to pay more than a couple of "G'S" for taxes this year, I suggest you take that money and go to Hawaii.

The choice is simple. Take that 1 to 2 grand that you will have to pay for taxes that you owe.... or.... take that same money and go to Hawaii, have an umbrella drink on the beach and write the whole thing off. Hmmmm. Now let me think.... pay Uncle Sam and get nothing in return or take that money and go to Hawaii.

Tough choice, give me a few days to think about it.

All kidding aside, check with your CPA on the benifits for this type of write off, then lets go to the beach and talk about it.

My CPA is a genius. Hawaii is no doubt writable. Business is business, right ?
