I have friends on many of these forums on many different sites and most know that I am friends with a lot of people and know that I really don't care if their panties get in a bunch if I talk to someone that they don't like, it is life and they just have to deal with it.

This is not Jr. High School where someone says "Don't talk to Tony or I will not be your friend" or other stupid stuff like that, this is the adult world and people know that you have friends with people that they might not know, might not like or possibly even hate and that is just too bad for those mentally unstable people or those with an agenda.

You have not been in this industry long enough or on these forums long enough to see how there are people out there that will manipulate you, take advantage of you, get you to do or say things or other stuff to where it will make you look bad in many different ways, some you will not even realize until later on down the road and then you will wonder why you said or did what you did, it is what those kind of people do and they are good at it.

I have seen those people manipulate others into saying and doing things that got good people to look bad, get banned or got them laughed at by other people because these manipulators do this for many different reasons. I will not post their names but over time you will start to see who they are and if you are open minded (listen to all sides of situations, listen and talk too all kinds of people, etc.....), you will start to see who those manipulators are and then wonder why they do what they do and a lot of times nobody knows why they love to manipulate people.

It is like what Rance said, it is what is not said that says a lot, besides what people say.

Tony S. is one of the most honest people out there that I know, he has a lot of integrity (more than a lot of others) and can be trusted totally. If someone tells you different, I would wonder why and stay away from that kind of person as they obviously have an agenda and are trying to manipulate you in case you did not see it coming a mile away.

There are some people out there that say to stay away from the "drama" people but what those people are not telling you is that these people that are supposedly causing "drama" over here are the people that are passionate about this industry and want to protect it from those that are lying to the industry for the past decades, lying to regulators, wanting tougher restrictions, ordinances, regulations, etc...... so they can sell you more equipment or more expensive equipment to do the same job that has been done forever with the same equipment or worse..... have the job done only by certain companies because they have certain equipment and are members of a certain org.

Some of those people have been caught lying in person, lying on emails, caught lying in conventions, round tables, etc..... and most of us want this nonsense stopped because it is not only wrong but wrong in so many ways and that is no way to treat contractors that are out there trying to feed their families, contractors that support people that are stabbing them in the back in many different ways and contractors that are being lied to for decades about things that are being done to them without their knowing about it from so called "industry leaders".

A few thoughts here Kris, one man to another - this is not an exercise. The people you seem to want to defend are horribly damaging the industry you are trying to make a living in.
I believe that you refusal to ask the questions Tony S suggested is a big mistake on your part. There is no way talking to Tony would jeopardize any adult relationship you have with any legitimate contractor. I have talked recently to another person who I felt was a friend and they too refused to look at or discuss clear evidence in a similar case. I don't consider that person a friend anymore. Hiding your head in the sand and hoping for the best is no way to be a good steward of the industry.
And lastly the only real way to fix an issue this serious is thru at least some conflict. I'll leave you with one fitting thought on this matter - evil men prosper when good men do nothing.

Kristopher, can you see the irony in your insinuating that I might be lying unless you hear from both sides, even after all the effort I've expended to post the written documents to prove what I am saying, yet when asked to put a little effort forward to check my facts you refuse to do so?

I guess it doesn't matter what the truth is. I am a liar no matter what.

After rereading all your posts in this thread Kris it's impossible to determine what you are saying. It might be nice for you to actually state clearly what it is you believe on this matter. Otherwise it appears you are only here to defend the wrongdoers despite all clear evidence against them.

What is happening here is affecting you too. Jim Gamble is in your state and spends a lot of time working on your state regulators. I would think you would want to know the truth.

I haven't stated my stance anywhere to anyone because I don't have one. Read post 138 again. Especially read the 3rd sentence and you'll see for yourself.

So Kris, what you are saying is that if a public official hands you an email from another party from outside your area saying that there is a need for stiffer environmental regulations on the pressure washing industry, that they are willing to help write the stricter regulations for the city, for a fee, and then they used a local contractors videos to unfairly portray them as polluters, or for that matter, even fairly portraying them as polluters, that you think that is not enough evidence to convict a person? Particularly since they were repeated email attempts to change or influence the regulations?
 
Scott I don't think he has a clue as to what is going on and if he does he is turning a blind eye or has somehow been sold a bill of goods. I was told point blank by Robert himself he would be shopping bmps next time he was in Orlando at the pwna convention. I was also told by jim he used regulators to squash his competition. At the time I didn't agree with either one of their ways but didn't really let it bother me to much I guess it is time to start talking to the ahjs in my area.

Here's an exercise for all of you who want answers. Get your heads together and think of a more logical and respectful way to get your answers, and you might actually get them. Here's some motivation. There is actually a way for you to get your answer. You only need to figure it out.

Kris, you said above that you would like to know the full story, but your also unwilling to take the steps to do that...sooooo, don't blame people here when they are taking the steps to try and help you and offer ways for you to get the "full story"...

As for both your exercise and your motivation advice...We have and We Know....and this ain't our first Rodeo.

So now the way questions are asked is more important than getting the answers.

I have an exercise for you Kristopher. Go back through the hundreds of pages of discussion and quite probably hundreds of pages of unanswered question posed to Robert and the PWNA and put "pretty please" behind them.

Perhaps that is what we have been missing all along. If only you had been here to instruct us on this 4 years ago this would have all been taken care of by now.

By refusing to even look at the evidence and even discuss it you have lost all credibility here.

Go ahead and lurk around here and soak up all the information provided by real contractors here, then go back to play with the other big fish in the little pond at PWC.

The truth is here in the pages of PWI.

Sometimes people don't want to know the truth, it happens all the time.

Sometimes people are misled, mis-informed and lied to for a while so that anything else must not be true.

Emails and other forms of truth have been presented here for all to see what has been happening but few don't want to look at the real truth.

I don't know about you guys but if I made new friends on new forums and they told me all kinds of things by pm's, posts, emails and phone calls for a while and then other people showed me something that just could not be true and made it look like my new friends are liars, manipulators, crooks and then they showed me things that made most of what my new friends told me were lies and mis-information, I would really look at everything from all sides and then talk to everyone to see what is really true.

I don't care about people's "self made titles" like nurse, dean, dr., industry leader, deacon, elder or other nonsense. If that is what they have to call themself to feel important then that is what they need, probably some professional help also but they would never admit it to anyone.

I don't care if the new friends got their panties in a bunch if I talked to the people presenting the real truth, sometimes the real truth hurts people, especially the liars and manipulators as it is harder for them to get an audience to preach mis-information and lies to the weak-minded, gullible and inexperienced and there will be 1 less person that they can lie to and try to manipulate. True friends don't lie and manipulate other people.

It seems to me that some people just don't want to hear the truth or just don't want to believe that their friends have been lying and giving them mis-information but the sooner you see and listen to the real truth, the sooner the healing can begin and the sooner you can start to understand that most people here on this site are not out to mislead or lie to you but a few that don't post here want you to believe that this forum is bad, has lots of drama and says nothing but lies. The truth is here for you to see, you just have to open your eyes and listen to others.
