Since they have been reduced to 150 its a steal. if you cant sell the first one or at least the first couple then youcoulnt sell anyway.
It makes life easier...

I have a question about the 3 tier program you give those accounts to choose from. Do your guys/gals go out and bid it and get those prices, or is it just a special that you happen to be running at the time?

dont go by the pricing I have, its wrong.( its been messed with to screw my competition up)
Yes they are standard and mailed to all the stores in the area. Once we nail one or two they meet as a group and talk about us and say great things. This is whne the calls start coming in get me on regular service so I can be as clean as everyone else.
We also sell roof, interior floors , bathrooms, building wash. When we leave this location its about 600 per for all services. about 4.5 hours once on a maint program.

I have noticed that with the first rally's i picked up . . . I will be doing the monthly cleaning next week for the small when and also added on a double lane drive thru ill get to add on another one next month im told (something about they have so much "petty cash" to spend and if they spend too much in one month i.e. the store im waiting one bought new computers then they have to cut back the next month . . . all about budget in the commercial world. . . . But any ways i may do like you were saying and send a flier in the mail to all the stores in my area !!!!

DJ, its not about average rather than production numbers. I make good money on every job. My crew since we increased the rates this year because of fule have been sored over 100 per hour per man.
Our cleaning process is what its really about. Someone might tell you that they wouldnt get off the couch for 125.00 maint account. well they missed the picture, this will happen every 15 days and we will do 104 at a stagering 13,000 a nite in gross revenue.
It takes alot to get there but you build them one at a time.
I'm going to put a program in place with the stencils by MB round table.
This is a great tool and you should invest in one by the end of this month. 150.00 is pretty cheap to have this kind of tool to help assist you.

DJ, we service about 1500 locations a month and several of those 4 time and twice.
