I recieved my order and we will be doing some demos with these and see if we can actually drum up some business.

I'm hoping others will see them and call as well.

Please understand guys I will openly tell you how this went. I will review the product fairly and judge it accordingly.

I pretty certain the product is going to work fine. They are very sturdy and look great. the order came swift and workmanship looks great.

To some here i recieved no money from this company for review.

I just think this can help my own business and some others here in a marketing tool that will work free long after you left the stencil.

I will make my best attempt to disclose the places and share customer info on there opinion of the product.

Like I said, I curious if i can get others to call that see it.

Should We do a Wal-mart Doorway... no, lots of traffic but my customers dont go to wal-mart.

Maybe movies and food places.

I might even do gas stations, i dont want the gas station. But PM's gotta have gas.

Be prepared to have to clean the rest of the location for free..we did just that at a few locations and got a call from the PM to make the rest of it match or we were going to have a problem.

We wrote it in with a wand with very hot water on some very bad sidewalks, they made us come back and fix it, and we never got anything out of it..

We are getting permission, thats great advice.

Nick, check the surface cleaner thread. I was curious about the 25 degree tips you use. believe it or not i have never used 15

That is some heavy guage stuff. It looks like it is about 8 guage. Pretty stout. Dont know why they bothered putting powder coat on it though.

Wouldn't that constitute vandalism?

Your as bad as i'am. you didnt read the post.

no one should ever do this without permission.

I'm not thinking vadalism would be the correct term, certainly not ethical.

This might be just another devise to demostrate your service.

Ken, do have any live demostrations in your selling tool bag?

Ron, every now and then a customer will want to see what their siding will clean up like and I have spray bottles that give them a fair idea. I also do test spots on decks but I don't know if that consitutes a demo. I rely on a picture portfolio to tell my story.

I think those stencils are slick. So when you do a demo you will use that and leave an impresson with your business info. Good idea!

I think we might have a couple different approaches.

1. they are in our pressence and we just show them.
2. we get permission tell them where we are leaving it and have them look at it when they get a chance.

Of course we will return to follow up and at that time remove them.

Of course I believe some will have sent the proposal by fax or e-mail before my salepeople even return to office.

We do something similar now, just never had a stencil.

Looking forward to the videos Ron. I think they're pretty cool myself, but like Nick said, you're prolly gonna end up cleaning it all. I understand you are getting permission, but is that the agreement? If we can do this for 2 days, we'll clean your entire sidewalk?...

Ant, if they allow me to clean the sidewalks and show them my product. I WON!!!!!!!!

If you eat a good meal and you like it, dont you want more?
