Ahhh...that's what I dont like about the invoicing. They can pay it later or when they want too.

I noticed the other day QB online tells you when customers view their invoice. That's cool.

No monthly fees. Just per transaction. Money in account next day.

Square invoice sends an email when it's paid.

WHEN...IT'S PAID...THATS THE KEY. Took a credit card from a large department store from one of the malls Sunday, thats one of our quarterly cleanings. Took a credit card today from a resi customer. Both will be in my account tomorrow morning. Had I sent a square invoice, I would probably still be waiting for them to click on Pay Invoice.

WHEN...IT'S PAID...THATS THE KEY. Took a credit card for a large department store from one of the malls Sunday, thats one of our quarterly cleanings. Took a credit card today from a resi customer. Both will be in my account tomorrow morning. Had a sent a square invoice, I would probably still be waiting for them to click on Pay Invoice.

I heard you the first time! lol
 
We did a job Saturday, I texted the customer today and told him "job was complete call me with credit card info when you can". Just hung up a little bit ago, (took 2 hours to call me back) ran it, and money will be in my account tomorrow.
