Gunshot Wound

pressure switch I guess, wasn't design because the burner has always fired correctly. It was staying on for a few seconds after the ball valves were shut off and then would stop but I guess it didn't one time. Its really hard to be sure what exactly happened becasue everything is in pieces.
 
I had one happen the same way except the hose blew first, it blew about a foot of hose covering (wrap) then I had to wait for a couple of minuites for the steam to quit spraying from the skid. Ended up and oring in the unloader somehow got down into the valve and trapped the unloader open just enough that the pressure switch didnt kick in. It could have been very serious had I not gone from the side of the machine to the front when I realized there was a problem.
 
I read Toms original post and thought his point was: "buy from me or from another manufacture and the good news is their is a extra layer of protection for you if something goes wrong." thats what I got out of it (a few have suggested its a scare tactic)

Okay, maybe.... but I see all the time people Touting... "we have insurance the other guy doesnt if some goes wrong you have a extra layer of protection. "

Does'nt that look similiar?


edit;my post has nothing to do with the argument that ensued after the initial post and has nothing to do with whether he was or was not looking for a fight.
 
I talked to the OWNER, George is a nice fellow with alot of years in the business.

The net is not alot of there business, very small part. He is a nice fellow, Tom I have not talked to. I hope he gives me a call some time to talk about this thread.

I explained to his Boss I cannot control you animal...LOLOLOL

I agree Ron, just got off the phone with Mr. George , very nice guy and knowledgeable, they are into alot of industrial cleaning and system installations, he knows his stuff........

lol......hope I dont get a bill for $250 as we spent an hour on the phone talking shop.
