Get in the Door!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok im gonna go for it!

Get the Jar etched or id the jar from the bottom with a Tag. Do not make it loud, they will throw it away. This will defeat the re-fill purpose.

Qualify each person, do not just start handing out Jars and making promises you will not keep.

Let me explain, if you commit to six months or a year and then find out they have one center worth 155 dollars you will spend more in candy and time in two months or possibly the first time.

I'm experimenting with the jars today. And I have noticed a huge difference when you walk in the door bearing gifts! Unless its an old hag behind the desk. Got two great leads so far. Going through phone book and going down the list.but y'all r right its about one good hit out of every 10. Wish me luck

We have been doing this since late sept, its a very cool idea i got from a best freind that has had alot of success with it in the last 8 months.

Its a years worth of hard work, it has already sealed some deals.

We place candy jars at desired and old customers offices. We return every 15 to 20 days to fill the Jars.

Its has already worked in keeping us in touch with customer and breaking the ice with ones we want to do business with.

Here a photo of the jars.

Please, all you young guys who know it all - Don't listen to Ron. He doesn't know what he's talking about. He's just a lowballer and wants 10% of everything in the world. You can make so much more money washing a house a month at $500 and you don't have to do anything except mail out flyers. If you do things he says it just makes you complicit in his move to take over the pressure washing industry. :)

Now for the REST of the story:

We started in the summer last year and whittled the list down to about 65 or so PM's and our other target market.

We spend approximately $200 per month on this program + two or three of us on the road for 2 to three days each month hitting them in person.

Since October or so we've gotten about $65k in new signed contracts. By using the "We'd like to be your backup contractor" technique we got an email yesterday that went something like this:

------ made a costly mistake yesterday, now --- wants to use you guys on all the properties. Please send over your pricing and contracts for the following properties ....(47 properties @ about $130k/yr).

Ron is a marketing genius. At this rate our ROI is almost 100 to 1.

Thanks Ron, our family owes you a debt of gratitude.
