Yeah thanks Ron, I know...committment. Do you suggest maybe starting off with 3-5 locations with company's having about 5-20 property managers on staff? That;s what i was thinking

yeah Chris tht's with everything except shipping. I think they're boxed 6, 12, and 24 @ $12, 15 and $24.00 comin from Delaware. He's a family friend, but i might be able to get you the same deal

For the guys, you can find candy jars basiclly anywhere. Wal mart, dollar stores, yard sales, heck you can go to a place like a swap meet or place that makes candels for you and just ask if you can buy the jar from them.

And being a women I would buy 2 big bags one of chocolate and one of regular candy (smarties, jolly ranchers, bubblegum, etc.) that way everyone gets to snag something they like in stead of have left over candy no one really likes except joe who only come in on sunday lol

If you can't get them engraved then see if you can get small vinyl lettering at a sign shop. You can have them design them and apply them yourself. Or do a few nice looking labels. Tucking a business card in there works also but when the candy gets low the card gets in the way. The pics posted all look great.

We already change this to 100 seats,

We have given three office lunch presentations an have six others lined up.

We have a few in Tucson we have to look at. All total today we built 5 solid relations with a couple managers.

We dont give seats, but we do give benelli shotguns:D good customers are worth the money. if you take care of them thy will always take care of you!
 
I wish I could tell you guys what Susan did thurs & Fri.

We have a huge developer here named Marty D. ...we wont tell you his last name yet.

He loves Susan an cant wait to start using us on all propertys.

Some here know the guys last name. It going to be a live changing commission if she actually closes the deal.

Candy Jars,

One center is 8500 each month for pressure cleaning. It actually 6 days in a month
