Church Roof!!

I have Chris but they have given me open end for completion so my plan was to take my time and do things slow may take some extra time and may affect my profit but I feel I will learn and should I run into some difficulty will call out for some advice and or direction.dh

It is nice to have extra time to complete it, but I've been at is full time for about a year, cleaned tons of roofs, and quite a few giants homes, and I can't wait to get to work with a veteran, to learn their tricks. Even if you just had someone come out for a day or 2 it would be worth its weight in GOLD!

Good job by the way on landing that one! Ive had some very big houses, and bid on some apartments, but landed nothing of that size yet.

Daniel, Did you start that church job yet? If ya did hows it going?:)

Funny you should ask that today!!! I had the job scheduled for the end of the month the guy at the church called my today and said that they were pursuing some litigation with the roofs on the church and hall building as they had them repaired after the hurricanes said that he will inform me when they are ready to move forward but I had the roofs on the offices and residence buildings scheduled to start tomorrow will keep you posted Thanks for asking. dh

A Word of advice, ya must not let big jobs like this SIT.
They have a habit of "walking away"
There is a GREAT deal of pressure on church administrators to do "Gods Work"
IOW, spend YOUR roof cleaning money on preaching to savages in Tanzania instead of building maintenance.
My advice ?
START doing SOMETHING, anything.
This is the voice of experience speaking.
I have LOST more jobs then I care to admit, THINKING I "had them in the bag"
