Don't blame you a bit. My initial thought weeks ago was NO LIFT but after looking again it would be alot safer with it. Plus those tiles get real hot during the day. The heat will generate through your footwear and can cause your temp to rise quick resulting in heat exhaustion or worse. NOT GOOD! Been there done that....Now you can even bring a cooler and a lunch up in the bucket with ya! Nice!!!! A picnic in a bucket! :D
 
I understand feeling safe, and this is your job. I was not trying to undermine you, I see from the pictures nothing to rent a lift for thats my opinion but obviously you feel more comfortable renting a lift and that is what you should do. $800.00 is a lot of money to me. You pay me $2000.00 and I will spray that roof and supply my equipment and guys and we will be done in a day easily. You supply the ground guys.
 
Oh yea no lift. Don't need one.
 
I was just going by the pictures you showed.
 
The first two pics are low roofs those are the offices and residences
the Third, Fourth, seventh,eighth are of the chapel
the Fifth,Sixth and Nineth are the Rec hall/Kitchen building Huge amount of sq footage

Just for the sake of saying I am not using a delevan pump. Ok Lets see even if it takes me 2 days $1000.00 a day thats good money I don't care who you are.

I have done many Churches, big ones too, a royal PITA some were.
There seems to ALWAYS be something going on at a Church, either Church, Weddings, Funerals, AA + NA Meetings, Overcomers Meetings.
Heck, I heard Paranoids Anonymous met at one Church we were doing, but they wouldn't tell me WHERE they met.
Seriously, everything going on at a Church is MORE important then you.
Plus, there are people sometimes walking everywhere.
It really is too bad you weren't closer to Mel or David from Reef ?
This job is a big one, and not an easy one either.
Have you CONSIDERED possibly bringing in someone with good equipment and experience to help you ?
Lots of potential liability/safety issues here.
Just a thought :)
 
I have Chris but they have given me open end for completion so my plan was to take my time and do things slow may take some extra time and may affect my profit but I feel I will learn and should I run into some difficulty will call out for some advice and or direction.dh

Nope Daniel, Thats why I said to call me. I get several calls through out the year for KEC but I refuse to do them, For several reasons.
 
Daniel go for it, just remember You might get jobs from other potential customers if you do a good job but kill 1 plant or mess up some paint and it will affect your business for years to come. Just some advice from someone who has been there done that.

Yes that is true but remember that gutters leak and they run-off into somewhere. Like maybe into the roots of a row of bushes and Blam you killed em.
