Had to drop my price alot to get it they had some other co. come in and do a test spot as well and from what the church guy told me he was half my price so I adjusted down as he gave me another chance in the end he told me I was still higher but they had decided to go with my co. as we are parishoners and wanted to give us the work. dh:D

Beg, borrow, or steal you a decent camera Man, jobs like this do not come along every day.
 
Hey Chris: I was in your neck of the woods a week ago I had to go to a bid meeting for the Hillsborough County School District for Kitchen Exhaust Hoods 212:eek: schools Huge job I put my bid in will see should hear by the 15th if I get it I will be seeing alot more of you, would love to get together for lunch, hope I get it.dh:cool:

Hey Steve hows it going?? I was but I got a call from Kory a little while ago he said something about moving the RT to Tampa not sure if that is true or not but thats way to far for me to drive in fact with the cost of diesel now a days I may not be able to drive it to lakeland anyways one way or the other I will be there, looking forward to meeting all you guys and having some fun.dh:D
 
Good Job Daniel, Thats a big roof, definately take pics of before and after. I have found out that some churches try to find a low baller. I hope you didn't have to step down to their level to get the job. A lift is not cheap and can cut into the profit. I am always open if you need any advice. Call if you need to.

Yes daniel we should lunch,I do some work down your way but with gas prices I am usually too high for them. I use lifts very often, some for roofs but not too often, most of the time it is for pressure cleaning and preparing walls for paint. I am not sure why you need a lift for the church job but I have never seen the job.
 
Do you do Kitchen Exhaust cleaning.. You need to call me. I will explain when you do.
 
The roofs on the Chapel building and the Rec/Kitchen building were pretty high felt it would make job easier and safer also the raised portion of the chapel roof where you see the cross is very high. Last conversation I had with the lift guy I had him down to about $700 to $800 for the week for a 60ft lift it figured into my est. and I would rather sacrfice a little money and feel safe.dh
