More great winter work!!!

Thank you all for your compliments. They are more then appreciated!

I want to keep everyone up on some more great ideas fro winter work. My company has been cleaning pizza/conveyor ovens for many years. We have maintained a steady customer list for conveyor ovens which we clean every 3-6 months at a rate of $300-$500 per visit.

We have on our team a 25 year veteran of the pizza industry that can take these ovens apart in HIS SLEEP!

We are offering a pizza oven class that will be combined with one of our regularly scheduled on site kitchen and interior classes.

And it is not just pizza chains that have these conveyor style ovens, so many more local, regional and national outlets use these ovens for their fast cook times and easy no thought use......BUT they are inherently dirty, they are filled with lots of carbon based low protien food, JUST THE KIND OF THING THAT IS EASY TO CLEAN.​

It would be great if you could record the pizza oven cleaning class, that would be great to know how to do but I am sure that I am not the only person that cannot make it there in time.

It would be great to learn how to do, maybe have the videos for sale?

Just a Quick note Lenny the Class was completed in Tampa, If joe promised more this is because he want to give you more. Thats great of Joe but the course was completed and over in Tampa.
