BIG Money On Cleaning Interiors all YEAR ROUND$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Paul K. at the power washer store sells the Sirocco equipment like vacuum surface cleaners, vacuum systems and just about anything else you will need.

There will be a lot of great things to see and learn at the event.

There will be great people to meet and make friends with along with great conversations that do not happen on the bbs, thinks like tips, tricks and secrets that people don't want their competition to know.

Christopher,Thanks for the advice.

Is there any new info or will this be like the training last year?

Will my marketing materials ever be sent, this was 1/2 of the reason I took the class like I told you so I could get the marketing started quickly once I returned home but I never got the materials.

Did you ever get that tracking number like I asked you so I could look into it?

I did save the emails in case you forgot about me.

Are you going to have the marketing materials ready for the people that attend the class or will they have to wait like I did, we know that did not work out too good, still waiting and waiting since last year and then no more answering my phone calls or returning my emails.

Just wondering.

Wow a year and still not received all the material. I was considering taking this course but now I am wondering. Chris I remember you stay a few extra days to go thru this more last year. Even without receiving all the material you were promised is this course still worth it even if you dont get all that is listed?

These courses are taught by independent instructors. The course Chris is referring to was a private course Joe teaches on his own.

Joe knows his interior stuff, if he didn't I would not have him independently teaching this Course.

I do know this I will try to get Chris the marketing material if it was promised, if there's a discrepancy I cannot be the judge as this was not and NCE function. This was a private business deal, I truly have no business in this other than both are members here.

I can tell you this despite the marketing material I do not think Chris was disappointed with Joe's Info. I believe Chris has made money with the info. I also believe he turned the learning curve way down. By now means does this give Joe a break if material was promised that was not delivered.

I'm sure Joe will chime in and take care of this one way or another.

How can I find out how to buy this equipment? I am planning on coming to the expo if I can get the money together.

Everyone who sells Sirocco will be present. We will also be doing a Small interior Demo on Sat that has nothing to do with this Course.

Well I will keep this from becoming vicious, and say that Chris and I have agreed to receive the marketing material for at least the 4th time on Tuesday, we will e-mail him the info.

Did Chris get anything out of this course, I hope so and here are some of his thoughts on the course http://www.propowerwash.com/board/u...training-blog&highlight=chris+chapel+training

The course for the NCE is a concentrated version intended to get you guys started and confident that you can not only do the job but SELL it as well, we will try to get every one rolling in money.

Can you make $$ cleaning interiors, lets look at it this way, in alot of cases you will be one of the ONLY contractors offering this service, you will have KNOWLEDGE that the janitors, kitchen staff/ who ever , just doesn't have for the most part. Why? Can't say, but will say this, that if the kitchen staff or who ever had this knowledge i just may be out of business. I have taught large chains my methodology only to see them fall short or fall flat just a few months later, that I am sure is due in great fact to the SALARY problem, that is that the staff doesn't have the motivation to follow through and the GM is usually flooded with so much other junk that he too loses sight of the very expensive knowledge that his company purchased, which is in fact great news for you, the cleaning contractor. As a contractor you are motivated by ???? Hmmmmm????? MONEY and SUCCESS!!! both of which are solely Dependant on your ability to follow through with the end product or service.

This was actualy a Popeys, a greasy mess for sure, but it being in the "other" end of town, they just paint over dirt and grease.....we just brought in the surface cleaner in for safety....

They have since served me this beuaty----->>>

Here is what has been said about this course from those who have attended:

"I have learned some great selling tools, some great info on dealing with managers, some new cleaning ideas for current and potential customers, and some great marketing information to say the least."

"When I first was wanting to take the class I knew that I would learn a lot of great things to help me make money but when I started learning things in the class I realized that this class would teach me more than what I thought I was going to learn. This class definately was way more than what I expected."

"The class will teach you about cleaning, selling and marketing but Joe will tailor the class to suit your needs. Since I have been pressure cleaning for a while I wanted to learn more about selling so the class focused on that after the initial information which was great and very helpful"

"Just wanted to thank Joe again for the great class!"

Ron, I did make some money but not what I was hoping for since I did not have any marketing materials to use to get started to help get the point across with pictures or brochures.

I think that once I get some brochures and/or pictures to help with the presentations the selling will be a little bit easier.

I got 2 brochures from Joe on Tuesday, a couple files were duplicates.

Joe, could I get some before/after pictures and/or 1/2 clean 1/2 dirty tile pictures?

Thanks.

I just signed up for the class.

I took the training last year but I know I forgot things so I am taking this as kind of a refresher class.

There might be some new things to learn but with the addition of having Ron there also, this is something that should not be missed as Ron has a lot of experience in many aspects of pressure washing besides interior floor cleaning.

I am hoping that Ron will talk about selling the interior floor cleaning so I get another point of view to help with my selling, I like to learn from many people.

I know that there are no magical bullets or catch phrases and that is not what I am looking for, what I am hoping to hear is what selling points Ron uses, what he says to certain customers that know that they need it cleaned but don't want to spend the money, etc.... This would be great to hear.

For those that attend the class you will get an idea of a lot more opportunities to use your hot water rig, especially if you have a vacuum recovery system. Maybe there will be a great deal/sale/discount with Paul K. for those that take the class toward a Sirocco system? There could be a discount towards a Sirocco system that might help to offset part of the class, you just never know, these events sometimes have great specials!

Joe,
I know we spoke last week about the course and I believed you said it starts at 8AM? I was just reading this thread and saw the post as it states the class starts at 2PM on July 29th. I don't want to be late for this... is it 8AM or 2PM? Thanks
