More great winter work!!!

I want to keep everyone up on some more great ideas fro winter work. My company has been cleaning pizza/conveyor ovens for many years. We have maintained a steady customer list for conveyor ovens which we clean every 3-6 months at a rate of $300-$500 per visit.
We have on our team a 25 year veteran of the pizza industry that can take these ovens apart in HIS SLEEP!
We are offering a pizza oven class that will be combined with one of our regularly scheduled on site kitchen and interior classes.

We teach on many different manufactures, especial Middleby Marshall
The course outline is complete from pre inspection to re -assembly

WHY do they need it.....because they are judged on the cleanliness of thier ovens and the quality of thier food.....by and in house insepction team that travels from store to store doing just that JUDGING!!!

While there are many regional and national companies out there cleaning pizza ovens, this industry falls prey to the same downfalls as the hood, carpet and jaitorial industry's.....large semi responsible groups out there doing half azz work that just pisses off the oven owners, well now you can fill in where those larger company's fail, this is your chance to become a leader in this market with guarenteed return customers.
