Here's a interior cleaning video. This was on a rough aggregate surface so we were only able to recover about 80%. We had to seal the same area the next morning so we were vacuuming up the excess as we went along. This was with the Sirocco PEV2.

These Park Restrooms Pay 325 each, 22 park locations Average cleaning time 2 hours each. Monthly Maint agreement 7150.00 Average 162.5 per hour

Do these pay extra if George Michael is present? WHAM!

We did a chinese restrurant. not worth it that grease is nasty we will stick with exterior cleaning.

No worth it, why? Indeed the grease will sometimes be as nasty as it comes, but learning how avoid the grease problem is the key. Understanding how where when and why grease does what it does is a major leap in efficiency, not haveing to work hard but work smarter is the way to go in my opinion.

On the other end of your statement, you say "not worth it that grease is nasty " did you properly estimate the cost? Would it have been worth it if you knew how much to charge?

If florida I can see you staying outside where its easy, no one said interior work is easy without the right technics and equipment. 27 years I have streamlined the problems and reduce the hassles. I can be out a any back end of any place in four hours with a minimum fee on maint of 850.00

That is a great price Ron, Are you going to teach how to get those good prices at the class?

There can be issues that they are dealing with, have to get the job done or face consequences that will literally close the place and I can see when they would be up against the wall and have to pay for the service to get done but on regular maintenance I would love to get those kind of prices. Maybe you will disclose some of your great info on helping get those great prices in the class in Tampa?

Great picture. What type surface cleaner and vaccumn was used on this restroom?

On these Restrooms they are Small and have Drains. Reclaiming just caused more work, when in a industrial of Greasy situation reclaim is easier because you will clog drains if you do not.

Is there any new info or will this be like the training last year?

Will my marketing materials ever be sent, this was 1/2 of the reason I took the class like I told you so I could get the marketing started quickly once I returned home but I never got the materials.

Did you ever get that tracking number like I asked you so I could look into it?

I did save the emails in case you forgot about me.

Are you going to have the marketing materials ready for the people that attend the class or will they have to wait like I did, we know that did not work out too good, still waiting and waiting since last year and then no more answering my phone calls or returning my emails.
