Ron, I am about to approach a McD franchise owner that has several stores. I have a lot of questions as to how to bid them. Could you give me a call or give a good time to call you?

We just got a chain of fast food rest. cement only for 699.95. There are 23 of them. We have to filter all water. The first cleaning took 3 hours. It was a mess. Now it takes my crew 35 to 60 minutes per location. They signed a 3 year agreement with cleaning every quarter. Thats $16,098.85 per quarter or $64,395.40 yearly.
The money is there if you now how to sell it.

They seem to do there own cleaning down here.
I say because they dont know who you are. They have never had anyone do them the right way.
You gotta show them, McDonalds has always wanted to stay clean. Once it was there motto, the place you mother could stop and find a clean restroom.
My parents stopped just because they were clean.
Talk to them, show them you can and will do a better job.
Its costing them more to do it themselves.

John B, are you still doing the Mcdonalds flatwork. I have tried to contact Antonio and cannot get a call back at all. The receptionist always says they do it theirselves and says she will have him call me but not even a peep from him. All I want is an oppertunity to speak to him about it, is that too much to ask for?

Meeting finally scheduled for Wednesday at his favorite location
