Update........Goes without saying, heat is your best Friend in this situation, that and liberal doses of PB Blaster before hand. I soaked studs down for a couple of days (I was in no hurry) quick sprays every few hours for 2 days. Sawed mufflers off so I could get to bolts and studs better...

Ok, replacing mufflers on (2) Honda GX 670 engines. Studs are in terrible shape and will have to be replaced also.....So what's the best method for removing them? Drill & easy out? Thanks!

Nozzle set-up on the left is all we've used (Just about) since 2009. Fan nozzle & our shooter tip reaches the top of 3 story apartment peaks.
