Guess the number of Years people have in Pressure washing?

Ken Fenner part-timer

LOL.. you mean me personally or my company? I try to stay part time and let the business be run by competant people. I still strap on boots and know how to work. My first washing job in this industry was 20 years ago. I went into the corporate world after college. Started PP 7 (8?) years ago doing commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning (that's all I knew) Went to residential 5 years ago and never looked back. Been full time since day one.

My payroll is probably more than many guys gross so uhh, no.. definitely not part timer. :jester:

So you have been Cleaning Homes for 5 years and KEC 3...

Someone told me your a seasonal Contractor and sell stain products. (People i guess lie)

So from above you have been cleaning for 8 years. I cleaned my room and dad car when i was 4- I dont claim I'm a washer for 40 years.

Good to Know your in business fulltime for eight years washing.

How long in business doesnt really matter all the time. Some here on the BBS say they have been around longer than they have.

I admire DJ & Steven , both guys have accomplished more than most in 10 years.

Thats pretty good, he must have been 13 when he went full time.

Doc well in his fortys...take a guess Mike.

What do you think? 15???

If I went by age alone you have been around 30??LOL

How many you got Mike..Kec...

Pressure Washer Products owner, Rex, has been in the biz for 25 plus years. He is familiar with US patening because he holds a patent that he designed over 25 years ago. Lori

I can attest to that, Rex knows his way around a P/W. I was at PWP the last 2 days in a row and got great service at a great price. Plus Their great people to do buisness with. We will get them to the next R/T in Tampa and get thier name out there to people who dont know who or where they are.

Thanks for the great service, I will see you soon :wave3:

Yes, Ron... almighty Ron.. master of all that he surveys. I don't do tons of house washes. We offer them but we do deck restoration primarily... little higher end than pushing a surface cleaner.. no offense meant to you or anybody that does that.. just a different trade under the same umbrella.

We even have employees!

Thats nice you think Im almighty...LOL. Ken if you actually knew me you would know Im just a nice guy who is successful at what I do and like helping others dispite what people say.

Nice work for only the fifth year in wood. Keep in mind that you took offense here and we are just guessing.

NCE will have a contractor listing that tells the consumer how long the contractor has been around. Like I said its not all thats important. Integrity & morals are just as important. Delivering service or products when people pay are very important.

I have issues with contractors here an on the internet telling others they have been around longer than they actually have. I watch people raise hands for over ten years when i'm certain they have not even owned a business for 3 years.

I also thought like myself Ken you have other business you run?

I've been in the Powerwashing business since 1996 when Clean County Powerwashing open its doors for business. The past 6 years I had at least 2 employees out in the field working fulltime for at least 8 months out of the year with some Commerical work sporatically thru the other 4 months.

As for me I make more money then I ever have but I only Powerwash myself at most 5-10 a year. So what does that make me?? Partime and my guys fulltime:yes: My 14th year is almost over...15 any many more years ahead:blink:
