Who uses house wax

I have used Plex master for the past 11 years, I like it . It is a up sell and it seems most people in Florida go with the basic house wash.

I used to live in Jax for 37 of my 39 years on Earth and St. Augustine conch House used to be a hang out for the guys. Your lucky you can use water near the historic district lol.

They still got that crazy pirate dude with the parrot on St. George Street. First time I took my wife there she tried to get a pic of him and he acted as if we were the Paparazzi and covered his face. Now the dude was working without a license, but we were the bad peeps? We still sneaked a pic when he was not looking.

Oh yeah, the guy closer to the Church end of St. George Street used to do magic tricks with his dog...That was classic...

They have cleaned up St. George alot....if you do not have a license you don't solicit your goods or your "Act" - much nicer place to be now. My mother lives a few blocks from their...nice city.

...and your brother-in-law's company cleaned all of St. George street last fall (huge gum removal job) along with several historic downtown buildings. Yes, the city is cleaning up its act...lol. See you in Tampa Mike!

Anyone use Plex Master from envirospec?

I use Plex Master on about 95% of the houses I was. We DS it and then low pressure rinse it off afterwards. I have found that houses I have waxed clean much easier the next time I wash them. It also does help prevent mold/mildew from coming back so fast. Love it. I usually add 10% of the wash cost to the bill to cover the cost of the sealer then I hook them for a maintenance wash the next year for reduced cost of regular wash and just apply sealer again.
