Who Sold commercial this Year? 2009

My question is. How do you convince the customer they need a 30 day cleaning that would cost them $1848.00 for 90 days opposed to just one 90 day cleaning for $821.00? That is twice as much for the customer. What are the selling points used to convince them the monthly servivce is better?


I get it done....There places will look better. They have customers too, you think they want the owner coming out and finding a mess.

Truly its not that tough.
 
the gas station we got have the same feeling they could get them done every 90 days . but they look at money and customers feeling of what the store looks like

Show them the value, safety and the costs. They spend money with a handyman or porter guy washing between a 90day. Its often money spento poorly.

Safety is huge....looks matter
 
I witnessed a Walmart employee using the same machine they use to do the floors inside trying to clean the concrete in front of the store last week. Waste of time, couldn't even tell where the guy made his pass.

I sold 6 shopping centers today! 4 times per year, 2 in Birmingham Alabama, 2 in Memphis Tennessee, 2 in Tuscaloosa Alabama plus got a current contract of 25 centers extended thru 2012

Oh and Ron i filled out the zillion page info packet for Walmart But have not heard back yet. I'm going to call them this week. Are there any other steps i need to take. thanks


Some guys are finally getting on the list, took months. Now Walmart is calling them off the hook.
