Just picked up 119 gas station monthy starting mid feb
My question is. How do you convince the customer they need a 30 day cleaning that would cost them $1848.00 for 90 days opposed to just one 90 day cleaning for $821.00? That is twice as much for the customer. What are the selling points used to convince them the monthly servivce is better?

I witnessed a Walmart employee using the same machine they use to do the floors inside trying to clean the concrete in front of the store last week. Waste of time, couldn't even tell where the guy made his pass.

I sold 6 shopping centers today! 4 times per year, 2 in Birmingham Alabama, 2 in Memphis Tennessee, 2 in Tuscaloosa Alabama plus got a current contract of 25 centers extended thru 2012
We just got the contract last week for 13 centers done quarterly. About $80,000 a year. Working on another 23 right now,
Oh and Ron i filled out the zillion page info packet for Walmart But have not heard back yet. I'm going to call them this week. Are there any other steps i need to take. thanks
