You do that whole plaza for $400??? Low baller...:D

So are you trying to put out that does not happen in residential? Go to any lowes, home depot, or tool rental yard and you can rent a pressure washer. I will bet that about 99% of the rentals go to homeowners.

Same concept, but in commercial, you have an opportunity 2 months later.

But those home owners are blue collar workers . . . A white collar worker (my target market) would not rent a machine to wash there house . . .there time is worth too much!

I'm not completely against commercial work I sold a building wash to a Ponderosa and last month i cleaned the building at a doc office . .. The only difference to me on commercial is it seems that most NOT ALL but most would equate to a tire kicker looking for lowest price . . . plus I always have to wait for ever for my money - That's so funny because I swore you bought something from me so shouldn't it be on my terms? lol Its deff a beast of it's own

I'm getting regular Calls for people wanting on regular service.

I also know other contractors that are selling jobs.

If you sold something say...

I personally sold three locations, Grocery , drug & restaurant.

Sold Four centers last week.

Its growing....

Checking in a year later

38 locations on monthly services, quarterly parking lot cleaning and yearly striping
32 locations an 6 month parking lot cleaning and striping
2 gas stations on a weekly

I still have two more accounts this size i'm working on. Hope to have them in the second quarter.

We have gotten a few new accounts. I have decided to keep that such info off of the BBS as the lurkers and hacks around here are watching. Since Jan 1. we have acquired roughly 65,000 gross and looking at entering other facets of the industry

Just picked up 119 gas station monthy starting mid feb

Annual cost

15 day is 9,864 30 day is 7,392 90 day is 3,284

Not sure how you got your numbers
My question is. How do you convince the customer they need a 30 day cleaning that would cost them $1848.00 for 90 days opposed to just one 90 day cleaning for $821.00? That is twice as much for the customer. What are the selling points used to convince them the monthly servivce is better?
