I'm getting regular Calls for people wanting on regular service.

I also know other contractors that are selling jobs.

If you sold something say...

I personally sold three locations, Grocery , drug & restaurant.

Sold Four centers last week.

Its growing....
 
Thinking about getting into commercial work, this residential stuff is for the birds. Cmon tell us more, how do we approach businesses. I heard just lower your price really low and thats how to win them over. Thats what I was thinking about doing. What do you think? Go low or go home, commercial 2009 baby.

In the past month alone, we have picked up 4 restaurants two weekly, one monthly one quarterly, and three grocery stores. My phone still rings nearly every day with a new restaurant wanting us to look at their lot. I have two more that I have to call today that I promised I would follow back up with today, one of which I have already done a demo for. I also have 98 other restaurants that I have to call.

So are you trying to put out that does not happen in residential? Go to any lowes, home depot, or tool rental yard and you can rent a pressure washer. I will bet that about 99% of the rentals go to homeowners.

Same concept, but in commercial, you have an opportunity 2 months later.

I witnessed a Walmart employee using the same machine they use to do the floors inside trying to clean the concrete in front of the store last week. Waste of time, couldn't even tell where the guy made his pass.
 
We have been doing really well this year with sales

sold 1 gas station on 30 day
chain of 18 fast food restaurants on 15 day
2 different restaurants sold on 30 day's

This alone almost grosses 100k
 
2 garages this month.

With helping on phone calls with other pressure washers, it is hard for me to keep Family time and Business time separate.

I am starting to become busier more than I want to. I am going to have to manage my time a little bit better.
 
I did my nehibor's house the other day, but they went bankrupt on me..? Does that count?
 
approved for two undergrounds, waiting on two bids for building washing. Waiting for the weather to change out here. EH
