What was the largest job you tackled by yourself?

275,000 sq ft of school campus. I think it only took a week or less. Can't really remember but to be honest, once I started getting those types of jobs I stopped doing the work. It makes more sense. Why waste time cleaning while your crew can be cleaning and you picking up more work.

You got smart

My largest, longest sustained solo job so far was a little over 12,000 sqft. It was the inside of a brewery, two sections of straight up concrete, one section of textured epoxy floor with the vats and brew equipment on it, and a 4,000sqft walk-in cooler. Cleaned everything and sealed all the concrete. Worked 21hrs straight through, full solo.

14 houses in one day. Granted, 7 on each side of the street, and no driveways, but a long day for sure. However, they were 2.5 stories and had second-story deck. Spent more time pulling hose (ok, that sounds weird) than washing.

I want to hear more about Mr. Naughton's job! I am absolutely fascinated with heavy equipment -- always have been -- I used to work in the coal business. I was floored when I read that Sany is a Top 10 equipment manufacturer. Never heard of them. Just goes to show that there are accounts out there that none of us have ever heard of, just waiting to give us their money.

On some jobs two men can move three times faster than one man working alone. This job sounds like one of those.

My profile picture. Six stories the whole building was over a million sq ft on the inside. Construction cleanup for Sany, a heavy equipment manufacturer. 36 days of pressure washing. THEN, five stories and literally a quarter mile of glass to clean by hand, another 23 days.
59 days total for a construction cleanup ? dam i am suprised they didnt want it done in three days.

DAMN. 14 2.5 story houses in one day! What equipment did you use to accomplish that feat?
