Here is the rig we sold. These pictures are when we was constructing the washer over a year ago. I am sorry, but I do not have any photo's that where more recent. If you enlarge the photo, you will see the hydraulics that was installed on this washer was changed in the newer design. These hydraulics cost a sum of $23,000... the newer design is at a "wholesale" cost of $41,000.

Just a note, we did not buy a stock trailer and said... ya that will work. Our trailer was engineered to withstand 6,000 lbs every 3 feet while suspended at the corners of the rig. Though the suspension CAN NOT handle those requirements, we wanted the trailer to for the purpose of the trailer flexing.

For example:

The floor board is made with 3/8 thick diamond plate steel. Not the standard 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Cross members are 4" Channel spaced at 12 inches apart. Not the standard 3 " Channel at 16 to 24 inches apart. The trailer is not painted, it is powder coated to 4 mil thick. The trailer was fitted with the equipment, holes drilled, the disassembled and sent to the powder coat company to have the axles, lights, wiring etc removed and the trailer set in a oven to bake the powder coats on. It took 1.5 days in the oven to get the steel on the trailer hot enough and 1 day to cool.

The surface cleaners was not included in the sale. :)

What do you do ? Whats the need for such a huge trailer. do you do parking garages, high rises, work for the government, , bridges, space shuttles, OH, I figured it out your part of that Area 51, you clean UFO's thats why all the secrecies LOL

The Hydraulics are very reliable and are used for controlling the speed of the pumps. There are two water pressure pumps on the rig. The hydraulics takes the place of the belts. It enables us to slow down the speed of the pumps independently of each other so that we are able to Decrease the water flow WHILE maintaining the high PSI. ( 1 GPM at 5,000 PSI for example) A Gas belt drive can not do this due to the gas engine stalling at the low RPMs. At idling, the gas motor dose not have the HP to turn the 20 hp pumps under a load. Hydraulics can have full HP at any speed and it is constant. It also is a direct drive. No slippage, just a constant rpm within 25 RPM's. The hoses have NO Vibrations. They just feel heavy and hot do to the water, other that that, they feel the same as if they were rolled up and stored on a shelf. If you did not see that water or hear the unit on, you would think that there is no water in the hose.

With this unit, you can do small jobs or the big ones with just a turn of the knob.

I hope this answers your questions as to why we have hydraulics.

Had the super deluxe ZOOM button installed on my keyboard today and my printer is loaded up with photo copy paper and new ink cartriges...Got my design people and the welders and engeniers on stand by....I just need the pics! :D

Saw your video, GREAT JOB !!! The music is not me, but the cleaning was... in my opion.... second to none. That chemical you use is great.

My wife is Chinese. She cooks some good food. I an curious as to our hood in our home. God I hope it is not as bad as whats in your video. If so, what do you recomend.... yes I know... burn the kitchen down and start over.:D

Larry, you remind me of my old buddy in high school. We would set together in the principals office knowing we were in trouble, but we still had to top each others jokes. RITFLMAO

No BS! I was always in the pricipals office. If I wasn't there they were at my house. Damn private schools. And I wonder why I spent most of my childhood being grounded!
