Well now they last two years.
 
First he bragged about the fact that he only works 150 days per year,

Then he bragged about only working weekends. (There are only 104 weekend days in a year)

So, Then he changes it to say he only works 90 days per year.

Recently he said he has the physically be at "ALL" jobs as required by his customers and he was going to shut down operations for 2-3 months for a medical reason in a month or so, but he quickly went back and deleted that.

It's hard to keep up with the web of deceit. Next he'll switch it around and say he never has to be on a jobsite since he thinks he successfully deleted it from the thread. He forgets about a little thing called a screenshot!

With all his bragging,

Even if he got 24 cents a foot (he told me in person in 2009 that only happened once and he usually gets between 12 and 18 cents)
And if he actually did work 90 days, or 45 weekends (in 2009 he told me they try to do no more than two garages per month or 24 weekends max)
And if his average garage was 200,000 square feet (he told me in 2009 that he rarely ever gets a garage that big)

He'd still make less than half what Ron grosses while traveling around the country and never stepping foot on a jobsite. Apparently Jim hates that.

If he truly does do what he told me in 2009 (.18c max, 200k square ft max garages, 24 max per year) he's making less money than Scott was BEFORE Scott got his latest big contract! I KNOW Jim hates that! lol.

And he is constantly complaining about concrete cleaners like Ron, Scott and my son and calling them "lowballers" and "dirty dozen" and other such nonsense.

Hey guys, look at all the BS that has come out of his mouth. Then look in the mirror. If the person looking back at you believes 1/10th of what he says after everything he's been caught fabricating you need to write dumba$$ on your forehead so everyone knows your status when they talk to you. No offense, but it is what it is.
 
I had him figured out from the first or second post i read of his. there is a lot of mumbo jumbo that doesnt really make much sense.


i recently asked him about the grounwater thing and of course i knew what his answer would be.
