We finally did it!!!

Hmm, i dont have an office girl. My wife handles the books, and i do everything else. I am curious at what point of monthly sales people feel they need office help?

As the wife in our company that handles the books, etc....I wish someone would ask ME when I need office help!

I had an "office manager" for a little while. He had been doing sales and he wanted to switch to scheduling, phones, and other office work. He was supposed to do sales on the side, but he didn't. I recently switched him back to sales.
I think the important lesson I'm getting from this thread is the office "girl" specifically. It might be nice to have a more attractive voice over the phone for some of these situations! Perhaps I should revisit this!

My wife does the majority of the Office work. If she gets overwhelmed then we'll look into the next step. As for now our system works as tight as OJ Simpson glove fit his hand.....Like a glove.

If we were anywhere close to Jim V's numbers my wifes job would be where we want to be...counting the cash.

A Friend of mine on LI in the contractor field(Not powerwashing) grosses over 3million/yr so he has 3 secretary's. All he does is meet the client and close the deal..thats it. He has a few managers in the field so he never deals with that. He does real well.

Personally my goal is to be out in the field once in awhile because thats what I love doing no matter how big or how small my business gets...as long as its profitable of course.

if I am worth $300 an hour to my company it makes no sense for me to do something I can hire some one to do for less money. Basic Business!

Congrats on stepping over the ten to pick up the hundo!!!!

That is exactly correct!! I now have more face time with trigger pullers!!!

Come on I heard you in Phx walking around saying "I am Legend"

You better be nice to me or I won't cook for you next time you are out here, and Lisa will be beyond angry!
