Vegas Parking Garage Event March 26-28

Been invitational only for months, check it out its all over the boards. I dont understand what happened here? are MY med screwed up?
 
Guys Please lets not make jokes about mental illness, I'm not joking. Its a serious thing we need to understand that it exist, I think we make comments but reality is people have it.

So if your interested, when we give the hotel block out and the pay link you can take it from there.

John that's not true and you know it. I will not call what you said "Lie" but will let the posted words from the Head of the event and your words speak for themselves. Then guys like Kris can make up their own mind and interpret this the way they read it.

Since we are keeping this small so all attendees can "work" the Equipment, if we get over inundated with emails of people wanted to go each Vegas parking Garage committee member will take all those names on their own and pick 20-25 people. Then we throw our names in together and if let's say in Guys case 2 committee members pick him and only 1 picks Chris Chappel for example then Guy gets first crack at going. If we don't hit enough people wanting to go then Chris Chappel gets an automatic invite since he emailed already as well."

If every other post was to attack someone or try to belittle them or whatever you think is a negative attack was, then that still would not totally eliminated them, but would be an issue that the committee would look at very closely. We want professionals at this event, new and old. Not a bunch of internet bullies...We want to reward those who conduct themselves professionally on the net. Disagreements happen, but insulting, belittling or just being a internet bully is not allowed. Does that make sense?"

Now this is where it gets interesting...note the reference to bullying, attacking and conduct on the net.....now read his very next quote......I swear I'm not making this up!!!

Look it, this is going to be a great event. Equipment from not just one, but many manufactures will be there. Your going to learn about what the EPA calls " there 2nd five year plan". Go ask the UAMCC what that is, no ask them to show you in writing on the net....They do not know because they are not Robert Hinderliter. That alone is worth the price to attend. I want you to Think about this carefully......you will have up coming information that your competitors do not have. What does that mean to your company? Think about that real hard.....

Others have asked " How do I do this in a Parking Garage? I can answer that....

What about Gas Stations, the new laws coming out for discharge....What do these new laws say about you able to dump it in a car wash drain or landscape ?

Why I should or should not go through a Property Manager for Parking Garage Work...

Having a National guest speaker at the event...

Giving to non profits to help others....

The list goes on and on....

and you know what...NO ONE has every provided so much information for a event that I am aware of.

We are going to exceed all past Round Table events from what I am told. You are not there to party, but to really learn something so that you can make real money with the knowledge you obtain at the event, not just learning how to put a candy jar on the companies operator desk so they might call you a year later for that one time 100 dollar job. When has an operator every signed a work related contract is what I want to know."


I know a bunch of guys that do $100 jobs...I know a bunch of guys that use candy jars as a way of marketing........Sound "Elitist" to you? Who's attacking, bullying and belittling?????

No where on the net will you find anything that says this event was "First Come First Serve" which means "First To Respond Gets In" That's not the case John and you know it.
 
There is going to be vendors hauling equipment half way across the U.S for basically cleaning demonstrations for 20 to 25 guys and hopes one of the 20 to 25 guys attending buys a unit? I'm sure the vendors would rather see 150 to 200 guys there instead.

The flyer explains it.. Nothing else to add here and believe me Guy knows what the initial concerns were. He also knows today that it's first come first serve.. So that answers What Guy already knows and anyone else such as Kris may have not.

.See 25 days ago it was a popularity contest.

So starting "Today" it's first come first serve? So that means no committee vetting of contractors?

At least you were honest enough to not deny lying. As for professional, if I said anything that held you to a standard that we all try to achieve, you would question my professionalism. It is a shame really, you are capable of so much more then hanging with the group you are choosing.

Never said I was lying. It's not my nature. What's in my nature is not to have others be judgmental enough to decide who I should be friendly with. You should think about that.

Yea sure bring out whatever you have. If it's something you and Jim are fighting about or what Jim said and you said I really don't care. So what proof do you need to bring out??
