A friend of mine just recently reported to me that USM was being difficult to deal with and wasn't a top payer. They seem to be fishing for pricing.

Walmart knows whats up but they dont say it, thats like asking Sony not to let China build their parts for their electronics. Its an unspoken rule.
Walmart in my oponion wants one vendor to handle their work, the vendor in turn takes full responsibility for who they hire to complete the work. Basically walmart does not want to hear the words "its not my fault someone else did it" they only want to hear "We will take care of it". Its easier for them that way.
Just for the sake of discussion, is there a way around it for someone like them to make it legal? In other words some wording they can use in there contract with a sub that actually will make the sub an employee? If they are a mang Co or Service provider then thats possible. They will not hire a contract provider to sub. Its agaist there corp quidelines.
I was just sent the link thru a Freind. I will be following it up with my contacts in the morning.you can only sign up for hvac, janitorial, landscaping, floor care, plumbing and roofing on the link provided. is there something im missing?:bash:
Ditto on that. Maybe we can get alot of us from PWI take on these accounts. That'll be cool. Let us know Ron when the Powerwashing link appears on there site. Please keep all of us advised on what going on after you talk to your contacts. Thanks Ron
