I feel for these guys donating There time. It's hurtfull when the good your doing gets disregurded an disrespected.

Our industry needs to demand answers. I'm sick of all this bad carma from our so called industry leaders.

Here is another chance to lead an we a ducking.

Everybody knows that Rob did not only a good job there but a great one considering his work schedule!!

Some of us have been searching a few things and we aren't liking what where finding but either way it was a great bunch of months for myself with the UAMCC that just ended very badly.
Hopefully if the UAMCC does have a 2010 they do treat there next set of Volunteers with the respect they deserve.

I learned a huge lesson there and I'm hoping that the UAMCC as a group has learned a Huge lesson themselves. What I learned was to check a little deeper the next time I get involved in something within this industry and I hope they learned to do things the right way all the way thru and not just in public but also thru there private calls and there in there dealings.

Transparency with them took a beating as of late but hopefully they get there feet back on the ground and get back to what it is that they set out to do with "A" President in place with his Executive Board in place along with the remaining Board of Directors. Once that is done they will desperately need an ED whether its Carlos or somebody else to know that the ED works for the Board and its members. They Control the direction the UAMCC takes and NOT the ED. This is where they need to get to fast and if they do get there then they should be OK.

And since I am no longer a member I can always be a critic of them without worrying about Consequences because I won't do it with slander and any of that ridiculous stuff but I can do it with an "Open" mind and maybe one day when I see them working correctly on all cylinders I may rejoin. But until then I'm thankful I am out........
