Wonder if that membership that we won is even real? We definitely have not been contacted - did I misunderstand? Didn't Jeff pull our card out of the jar for the free membership? There were only 100 witnesses, right?

I was sitting right there Celeste. I saw the whole thing. I also believe it comes with free limo service, free flights to events and all accommodations including such things as rooms, day spas and free tickets to local theme parks etc... Hahaha! Just messing around about the last parts. :winknudge:

Please understand I am NOT attacking anyone but I am willing to use as before examples. Scott, please dont take the following the wrong way.
As I have stated on many emails, disciplinary actions should be taken against Jeff. If not then this can free all to say Scott because you had plans before and because of health issues you backed out of the convention committee? Was that fair to the committee? Will you do the same as President? Again not attacking but guess what thats what will be said by individuals and NOTHING can be done because you and the TT have voted not to discipline Jeff. Great move. This is not all about me so I hope all can see that. As I have and as I will help and protect whats right for fellow contractors.
I will come back to Jeff and Matt with my thoughts there later on my next post.
When another individual was banned; he was banned temporarily until we as TT members could get a vote. Did that happen with Jeff? Again members NO! So is there unfairness within....YES. Just my opinion.
To clear the air I was not shocked that you accepted my resignation I was thrilled. I sent it on Saturday and it wasnt accepted until monday. What I was shocked about was that Carlos lead me down a road of stalling for one more day. Then said the resolution to all this would just be to accept my resignation. Great solution from our leader.
Again as I have stated behind closed doors that I hope the contractor members can see some of the smoke and mirror effects. Some things are and will never be clear.
Now I am getting emails and texts and phone calls galore about this. I have tried to stay very professional. Last night was the final straw when I had two contractors tell me that from within individuals are calling members and telling them that I quit because I knew i would have never won. Is this the professional level in this indistry that you would want leading?
I was not going to post anything and was going to keep my thoughts, views and opinions behind and stay maybe within the email realm. By posting and by me hearing the talk behind my back it doesnt sit well. I will defend my honor forever in a day. I hope the individuals involve are prepared. This cowboy is about to cowboy up!!! I have begun a longer letter in case we went down this road. Good luck members.
In closing, since this is the members only area....can Carlos or the TT post the financials?

I think that you meant to say that you would defend your honor "forever and a day".
For those that know you, your honor was never at stake, or even in question.
At the end of the line, we are only a memory in the minds of those that knew us.
Trust me my friend, when that time comes, you will be remembered as a man of honor.
And that is a good thing.

If someone bought something or started something then it is his right?
So, if it is his and gets a lot of people to volunteer, donate money into his bank account and make up the rules as he goes and does not have to answer to anyone, ever, then doesn't that say that it is his to do with what he wants, when he wants and he don't have to answer to anyone about anything ever?
Am I right?
So if it is his ball, he can take it back when he wants, takes it to another ball park and plays with other kids and when he wants to have a hissy fit, then leave and laugh at everyone all the time as they complain.
Am I right here?

There has been some questions posted for the UAMCC to answer. These were reworded but basically in the same fashion. These questions were asked by members in good standing as well as non members. Please understand that these are questions and not accusations.
Carlos are you running this org as a "Not for Profit" or a Private Company?
Where are the minutes and the validations to all the conference calls? Please make available all the minutes from conference calls and meetings that were properly documented and who validated them.
Have you Carlos taken any money from the Organization’s bank account to reimburse yourself for the money you donated to this org?
Do you have a contract for the ED position that was filled by you? If so, shouldn’t the President of the Org have given approval “by the membership”?
Did you Carlos hire any family members and put them through the organizations bankroll?
Did you Carlos state on the internet that you are the one who makes the decisions of who goes where and how the money for that would be spent?
Who authorized you Carlos to create a “YouTube” video in which you state refunding membership money?
Did you Carlos make an official announcement on the internet that the major bb's will be getting an award, and then say on that last convention committee call that PWI will not get one before you asked the convention committee our opinions?
Is there 20% of each members’ membership dues set aside for each region? If so can you tell us how many members are in each region? The northern region is already discussing a get together in February. Is that money available?
Why hasn’t the BOD been put into place (supposed time frame of Jan 2010) sooner along with the Oversight Committee? How long will the BOD be in effect before someone is overseeing their decisions?
NOTE: I have asked for the financials for a week now and still have not received them. I have also asked for the balance in the bank account and have not received that either. The above questions were asked in similar fashion by John Tornabene however; in an email it was said in so many words that since John is no longer a member these questions are not going to be answered. Since I am still a member in good standing can these questions please be answered promptly? And since in JL’s email he wants to call me a PITA could someone please let me know the final decision on the disciplinary actions being taken for his comments?
