Cry me a river all the way to the bank.

Last week was mostly spend with Angela and her family. Her grandmother passed away Monday @ 7:45pm.Between being there for her and her family, visitation and the funeral my work week took the back seat.
I did go to 1 job Friday morning only to pull up and find another company cleaning.Seems management decided hiring a hack whom I know works at about 1/2 my price was a smart move. They felt no need to provide 30 days written notice or even give the courtesy of a phone call. When I called the manager she said it's a "bidness decision, not personal" to save money.Their corporate office got an email over her attitude and addressed the failure to honor the service agreements provision of 30 days written notice.
More power to them, when they call me back the price goes up.
Business is in the toilet right now and my patience is thin.

An update on this account.THe GM called me yesterday to see when I was going to clean.I mentioned I came Friday and another company was doing the cleaning and that I had already spoke to another manager who informed me I no longer was the contractor.
She said the decision wasn't up to the manager I spoke with and she was going to have me clean this month reguardless if they changed companies or not.She said she felt she owed me that courtesy and at this point they hadn't decided if they were going to change at all.
I went this morning to clean keeping in mind it had just been done friday and figured it wouldn't be that dirty.
Well I couldn't have been more wrong.

Great job Squirtgun! I hope you forward those pics to the person that is really in charge.

Did your regular mix do the job or did you need the lava?

That is very impressive.

I threw the lava at this one. This used to be a 15 day account, but back in Dec they cut back to 30 day.In the process of cutting back on their budget they lost some square footage.I cleaned some areas that hadn't been cleaned in a while today to show off my crazy mad flat work skills.

Yeah..it was like a street!!! It was made entirely of pepple.
When you surface clean it, someone has to be behind you rinsing with a garden hose or the dirt will dry over the rock again and you have to clean it again!
It was really dirty and I think the guy wants us to do it every 3-4 months. Pretty cool!
All I have to say was that my hand hurt, my arms hurt, my back hurt, and everything else hurt for cleaning that long! I feel like I got hit by a truck!
Maybe I'll stay in the office next time! LOL....

OH MAN . . . Don't let my erica see those boots she will want a pair!!!!

Jen you all going to NOLA Erica said you seem cool and wants to meet you lol

Chris's video doesn't tell the whole story here is the email we got from the PM. Their company has 60 buildings here:

Chris:
I took a look at the buildings completed over the past few days.
They look really good, and we are very pleased with the results.
I have provided your contact information to the other property managers at xxxxxxxxxx Company.
I would like to schedule these buildings for work every 3 months. So pencil in us again around end of June so we can talk and confirm date for next time.

Let me know if any questions. Thank you.

$6k annual work his first week in business.

Thanks Ron, Scott Stone, Chris Chappell and Jim Gamble. Without you guys he'd still be running circles. You guys are great and this is the reason PWI is so highly regarded.
