They got us

I feel your pain. Someone came in my fenced in back yard Friday during the day and took my landscape trailer. Approximately $24,000.00 worth of equipment.

I know what you mean Nick. There is a whole lot of material for me to work with just in that one little sentence. :D
 
The machine was cable locked to the trailer. No metal was cut or anything. No burn marks from a torch either.
It was surrouned by a 6 foot fence with barbed wire too.
I still want to know how they did it.

Once the machine breaks they'll just steal another one. These types of people will not pay to get it fixed. I'm thinking I'm going to have to catch someone with it.

David I'm able to keep washing, as we have had some cold weather lately and I had my washer in the garage locked up. Grass hasn't started growing yet, so maybe I can settle with my insurance co. soon.
 
I really hate to hear that! I do agree with you...I believe who ever took it is using it. I would just cruise through neighborhoods looking for someone using it. Check craigslist.com just in case to make sure no one is trying to sell after you check the pawn shops.
 
Dont count on getting it back. We searched every neighborhood within a 10 mile radius, put out $5000 reward signs, checked all pawn shops, craigslist, had the cops analyze the security tapes which clearly showed the truck and the guys, just not clear enoguh to get the plate, and nothing. I still check for it on CL and BP.

I hope you had good insurance for it David.
