Personally i dont know the authors and have no anonymosity towards them

Sure there are probably things in the book that can be very useful

If i hadnt come across this forum and others a few years back i probably would look at it much closer

I still think most of what your looking for regarding business practices, sales, applications etc is right here on these forums..

just my opinion

I would be glad to send Cleaner Times a note on Tuesday to make sure everything is functional. The error reads like the exp. date or CVV code was incorrect. Did you try a different card?

Also, you guys do know of at least one other author in the book, Charlie Soden has a chapter in there too.

I was honored to be asked to write in this book as one of the major contributing authors, but I am by no means the only one contributing. Many professionals worked on this and shared lots of very useful information.

Tried different card and it worked...odd the one I tried last night is brand new and works everywhere. Tried it three times.
 
Information and knowledge is the key to success . The more the better. After 30 years still learning stuff and trying new things. I will buy it !

Just to give you guys a frame of reference, the old book was much smaller. This new addition has been completely rewritten and largely expanded.

Doug, I was given the latitude to completely rewrite the marketing section, which I did. Sections one and two are 100% new. There is also a marketing glossary in the back that is new.

I think some here are still dwelling on and living in the past. Get over it! I know the history and I'll say it again, Get over it! I'm in. I'll order mine as soon as I get stateside. I'm sure there will be some great info in the book. Thanks Beth!
