I wouldn't mind a bit attending. Like we spoke of a couple of months back, it is a lot bigger endevour pulling it all together and now maybe you see why I didn't want to spearhead it to begin with. But I am definately game to attend and contribute. If anyone needs a hotel, I get company discounts at the Homewood suites in Kingwood. Very nice place, part of the Hilton network.
Unfortunately It is not located on the west side of IAH.
 
A hotel meeting room would not be a bad idea if it was not too expensive, remember that there will not be that many people coming so I am not sure what those rooms go for. Maybe the restaurant thing might be a better place?

Just need a map and address to where you are thinking about having this.
 
I am game for anywhere. I remember that Chris tried to pull a quickie meeting together a while back and then got injured. Hope you are doing better Bro and finding some balance. Would love to hook up with you again.
Maybe we can all just crash Gene's office and fire up the grill.
 
Maybe even a bbq at someone's house or shop would work?

I have most of the use of my right hand after the burn. I lost about 1/2 the skin off my right hand from the hot water burn. I can't close it tight as it is hard to do, everything is still tight and seems like there might be some nerve and/or tendon damage.

I am working again but taking it easy on that hand.

You guys set up something and I will go if I am not working.
 
Glad you are getting better Chris. Those things take time and hopefully you will regain full use with the trigger hand.

I'm game for the meeting adter everything transpires with eats and seats.

......and don't forget we can always do the meat on a sword thing (about $50.00 a head out the door) downtown and then cut across to Molly's or
somewhere Central...... or whatever anyone decides.

I still like the idea of crashing Gene's office and firning up the bbq BCS style.
Maybe we could get the cheerleaders to cook for us.
 
Gene is ready to come south....Need to get away from office.....A date has been discussed and we should get everything confirmed this week...Everyone is welcome...

You guys should watch MB live and then make a choice. The live training will be good stuff.

Also when you come to phx you will love what you see.

No live cams in phx everything will be outside.

Gene, If you just set the date and have it they will come. When i started these in Phx in 1999 i tossed idea off people and everyone was reluctant to have the meeting. Finally we just got and olive garden with the a party room and set the date. 14 local guys showed for the first meeting.

My bigest competitor showed up at the time and we didnt like each other much.

Guys, not everyone is going to agree, its truly a benifit to know your local people.
 
Hey Gene, I didnt get a call. :confused:

I have been looking for a good place with a meeting room in or around Hemstead, but can not find anything. IF we can do it closer in to Houston, It will be a lot easier finding a good meeting place. Let me know if closer to Houston is OK and ill keep looking.
 
TX contractor get together

Gene, Scott D, Scott T, David, Chris, Adam and the noname window wash pro. Are we still on for the 13th ? I have only one day available for a get together. And it looks like more than half are in or around Houston. Lets try to make the meeting N/W of Houston ( Katy area ) for those of us who have to travel to it ( me , Gene, Chris ).

Side bar: Gene I came thru Caldwell on sunday 08-24 called you but no answer, left message but no return call. You had better of been sick or out making lots of money.:p


Looking forward to seeing some of you again since NOLA.
